    Fantastic video gents, you saved me! My trilock door handles were blocked and refusing to turn. The spring was fine but totally gunked up with residue - cleaned it all out and good as new again!

    Thanks for the helpful video. If I want to replace this trilock handle and assembly with someone different altogether, am I stuck using Gainsborough hardware because of the configuration of the holes that are already in my door or will other brands fit too?

    the latch isn't coming out of mine like that. It's a keyless door handle and seems to be a self contained unit. Guess I'm just going to have to get it replaced.

      @@lockstocker Nah Craig, I'm in Far North Queensland. I'll contact Gainsborough and see if they can send me a replacement. If it's out of warranty, I'll pop into Bunnings and see if i can find a replacement.
