I have a different kind of Sakura field sketch, one that doesnt include the waterbrush, palette and foam. I bought a waterbrush but unfortunately I lost it, I'm off to buy a new one. Great tutorial :D

Do you need to wait 'til the watercolor dry or is it okay to use pigma micron even it's not already dry?
Better wait until the watercolor dry. Sakura Pigma micron is waterproof marker. You can sketch with pigma micron first then use watercolour or just like the video, after finish colouring with watercolour then use pigma micron

how do you wash your brush to use another color?
Try a tennis wristband or an old white sock cut and wipe it on it until it comes clean. Then switch color...
Carlos Zenteno in the video, when he mixes the color why he didn't clean the brush first? wouldn't the paint mixed with other colors?
I have the Koi water brush. You can get most of the color off by squeezing the water chamber to let water out. It rinses the brush pretty easily :)
For making a water color drawing, I can use any paper I want or there is a certain paper for this technique?

MrDan30022 There is a special kind of paper made of cotton. I think Arches is one of the most popular brands.
