Sorry for the delay. A 32-bit system can access up to 4 GB of RAM. A 64-bit system is not limited to only 4GB. I hope this helps.

idk why people use this shit.
I know that winrar is a little better at compressing files, but i'd rather to re-download that goddamn file instead of downloading this unwanted software. it's even more insecure to use .rar because .zip is integrated in windows, and every exploit getting fixed by microsoft while winrar doesn't getting auto updates because no one buying it, therefore exploits and bugs aren't going away. some people might have bad internet so they download winrar to except having to re-download file again, - but how shitty ass internet you need to have in 2020 to having problems to download something... why can't they just upload the .rar and .zip file at once so, nobody gonna having issues with the bad compression, and not gonna have to download additional tool if he doesn't want it.
