Worked perfectly, thank you. I uninstalled the app and uploaded the latest app. A new controller software update was required (link is to an older version of US controller software). The latest version of the US software was updated! I get 38kph on custom mode.

I just try but doesn't work .I dont why. Mine phone has no response if I clik Update button. Then I go to the speed setting and 32 max still. I noticed that mine scooter is updated to K3E13J24 firmware. is this reason?
@@Graphicationed You need to fully charge the scooter, and in a straight line it will go 32-34, from a large descent you can accelerate 39 PS my weight 90kg
Yo lo hice en un kqi3 sport y si bien me figuran 38, la realidad es que maximo acelera hasta 32 km/h, me llego ya con 28 km/h lo cual fueron 4 km/h mas que logre, y se nota en el andar que tiene mas potencia, tambien sume con la app de 365 obtener el desbloqueo por patada desactivandolo y activar la velocidad cruzero, se noto mejor en su andar y fue facil de hacer ❤❤❤
@@nivargasg 100% confirmo, tengo el sport que trae 1 solo freno, tenes que instalar el firmware versión USA pero del max, de esa forma cuando te figuren los 38km/h en la app, acelerando el mono en vacio te va a mostrar los 32 que te digo
Que tal, como lo hiciste, cuando voy a la parte de "acerca de" y luego en "actualización de firmware" solo me sale un mensaje de, firmware up to date, y no me deja hacer nada. Sabes que hacer en ese caso?

You can update so that the system recognizes it but then you can delete the new app and install the official niu app but it is under your responsibility and I think it is better not to use it anymore...

worked perfectly for me, on top of it I have updated the app and the firmware and every thing wokrs fine for KQi3 pro version, top speed is 32Km/h now

Hi nach 2 Std probieren hat es irgendwie geklappt 38😂 alle Einstellungen funktionieren. Vielleicht musst oben rechts noch auf Speichern drücken?

Try turn off energy recovery
