I thought I'd make a video sharing some of my thoughts & how I as a low gear player went to spots people told me not to and still made it viable in terms of silver/hr. By no means was it the most efficient thing to do nor do I claim it was, but more so I want this video to motivate and give people a different perspective of how to tackle the game on an everyday basis. I hope you enjoy.
I'm playing my second season, the first season I made a Woosa because I started playing for her, and this season I decided to create a Meagu. The thing is, I'm having way too much fun grinding Lower Sycraia with 243ap and 307 DP even thought it's not as efficent as I could be in other places but whatever, I'm having fun there and I like the grindspot, the colors, the mobs. I prefer that rather than spending my ass at idk Kratuga, Centaur or Mirumok for exp just to get my ass extremely bored. (pulling 800m/h with bad luck)
Hey whatever floats your boat is what you should do because as I said right. At the end of the day enjoying whatever you're doing will have you do it more than something you wouldn't. Therefore by that logic you're progressing faster than you would anyway. Keep at it man get those gains 😎
Just reched 278 ap and 331 dp, when asking on discord many said to grind syc but idk why, you said that 269 is already a good start but even with 278 some said to do syc Ill start with orcs today to see how efficient it is, probably put in 2hrs to learn the rotation and the skill rotation
Sycraia is definitely one of the better if not the BEST in terms of efficiency at that gear level however Sycraia is more RNG then for example Orcs that you mention. However the aim of this video is to make people step out of the comfort zone of what many players will tell you. You're golden to start doing Orcs, you might feel a bit squishy but it shouldn't be a problem. Assuming you let's say went for DP next once you start creeping up towards 360 or so DP then you could start thinking about grinding Gyfin if that's something you're interested in.
@@SNWEdits yeah atm im going to be concentrating on getting my helmet and gloves to pen through jetina and then getting vells heart, caphrasing both helmet and gloves to lvl 6 and buying pen shoes, i need to focus on dp to eventuelly start grinding hexe but thats going to be a long goal, thanks for your input! Edit : Also I dislike rng spots, i have had amazing rng with fairy, enhancing tet bs, getting pegasus but I dont want to rely on it too much for a grind spot, I would feel bad if I made like 200mil an hour if I didn't get any rng drop
@Badieh Happy to help if you would want an personalized gear route how I would do it on Garmoth I am happy to help just hit me up on Discord: SNW#6969 As for Sycraia it isn't that RNG heavy you won't swing that far down to 200m. You'll always make 400+ even on bad hours. But if you want something very consistent Orcs is definitely the play & like I said you're more or less perfect gear wise to head there.
@@Lyaari-420k Yeah it's quite sad how far behind Console is in terms of content release and updates, I feel the pain. Basically where PC was years ago.
Yeah I was always told you'd need stupid crazy gear as well as a full elixir rotation to be able to grind Ash forest and yet at 285/381 with even the game saying you need 300+ ap and 390+ dp after my first hour of messing around with the spot Im pulling 3-4k trash with just a frenzy and simple/Exquisite cron meal(depending on me getting toooo comfortable and getting chunked down lol) on Woosa so I agree. Plus my first hour I dropped a Debo so now I can just sit and look at that because its been 6 hours and no sign of another one LOL
Like mentioned right by no means is it THE most efficient ways of playing the game but I put in center the aspect of having fun and doing what you please. The reason I bring this topic up is to shine a light on the fact that some players might be able to venture to places they havn't been yet when they could be there and enjoy themselves more. I'm glad you went with your intuition and tried it out. Thanks a ton for watching & gz on the Debo 😎
Sure, grind where you want, but if you’re under geared don’t go and grief because you lost a dfs or someone flags on you because you’re trolling a main rotation
This is where Id disagree, The reason its "misinformation" is due to higher gear needed to make it more worth over a spot your actually geared for...not to mention class matters heavily. A succ zerker or maegue could get away w 297ap at hexe and still make good money while a kuno for example would struggle much harder until reaching 301/305 even. Sure you could go to hexe at 287 but it seems kinda redundant when you could make similar money at a spot like kratuga/orcs while being way easier due to your gear.
Well you're right in the sense of efficiency but if that's what you're referring then what I've said might've been interpreted the wrong way for you. I'm pushing for players to venture outside of their comfort zone & shining a light that for some classes as I also mention in the video you can do certain spots earlier than perhaps intended efficiency wise. I definitely think it's misinformation that "you CAN'T" grind somewhere because of gear limitations, in practice you can grind wherever you please. The main focus here that people tend to exaggerate how much gear is actually needed to be somewhat efficient in the spot. By no means as also stated in the videos is this the most efficient way of going about your grinding but to many where and what you want to grind is more important as opposed to making 5-10% heck even 20% more silver/hr compared to where "they should be". So I definitely think that hyper efficiency, only thinking numbers, silver made per hour is for sure misinformation & needs to be put aside a bit, if a players goal is to be as efficient as possible then that's their preference just like some players prefer to do what they actually like to do rather than what they "should" be doing. However the hyper efficient audience is not who I am targeting with this video as I think is very apparent just by viewing the video. Hence why I in the video make sure to say that's it by no means the most efficient. It even says in decription + pinned comment. TLDR: If you're efficient grind what on paper shows to be the most efficient. If you're looking to branch out and do something new that you might've not tried but would like to then this video shines a light upon that topic & clarifies that you can actually venture to spots perhaps a bit earlier than people are recommending you to. Either way, Thanks for watching as always ❤
Just reject the duels and grind over them. Once they flag up on you and kill you they'll go red and have to leave. Then the spot is yours even if they outgear you.
Not an option for myself, I'm very much against it but to each their own I suppose! It's not set in stone that DFS spot is to be done. People are free to play the game the way they themselves please to.
@@yoshideru4635 written by the fact that they're too afraid of breaking crystals and downgrading gear if they go red. For all their talk about how they should be able to gearcheck anyone they want to prove how big their penis isn't, they sure do seem to avoid Arsha like the plague. It's almost like they're afraid of getting gearchecked themselves and only want to pvp if they're sure they'll win.
@@BiscuitDelivery i dont understand whats wrong with dfs, you have to consider your gear if its enough to grind and if it matches average gear of other players grinding here. Also your skill matters even more than your gear. If you lose you always have 1h marni zone grind. From my experience im just dec a war if someone is ignoring me, no need to go red
@@yoshideru4635 I'll just have my gm put me on protection and there'll be nothing you can do about it. The fact of the matter is you're already ahead of me in silver value and my grinding at a fraction of the silver per hour of you will only set me further back. I have to do what I have to do to catch up, and if that means forcing you out of the spot by utilizing game mechanics then so be it. If you don't like it, go to arsha.
