Note: The livestream had audio equipment problems. These are not issues with the VOD, so please don't ask for a fixed one.
After watching all the previous DOOM runs, I finally realize that Tech is short for Technique.
doesn't it mean technical or technology? I think technique is just technique, unless someone uses tech as a slang word for technique.

Guys...what technologies are being discovered by DOOM speedrunners? None, because they're discovering techniques. I understand that colloquially, tech is short for technology, but in the speedrunning community, it appears to refer to technique.
I miss ByteMe and the way he destroyed 2016.

The secret with the green armor at 2:04:50 can be reached by mantling up from the bottom: why did Byte say you need to wait for the bridges to be raised?

Hmm that is true, I would say it would take longer doing other ways. But maybe being so used to speed and in the midst of focusing on the run, that was missed
Allstin Yes, thank you, 1:04:50. All I meant is you can platform to it after you scale the stairs. Doing it with the gauss boost is much faster, indeed. I think he just misspoke.
