He did the same on September 15 but hasn’t received any response/link. I want to know if I can travel to Canada now or I will have to wait until he completes his virtual landing..?? Pls respond.

Thank you for replying, I asked this question as when I selected option that my mother is in Canada however still IRCC website gave the option to apply for super visa instead of visa extension. Also there are multiple threads online where people got super visa for their parents from within Canada.

As per terms if a person has having two and half years earning which meets the requirements, rest first six months he was studying, Now as per delay in taking decisions by Canadian govt. Total earnings time is three and half years and meets the requirements (lico plus 30 percent), the case is considered or not , please send your expert opinion. Regards.

Sir kindly suggest that if parents are in government job then they have to provide noc from office while applying supervisa application ? And if parents got supervisa and after that they do not visit canada. In that case, will the insurance companies provide any refund after certain deductions ?
