I've tried searching for this topic on many channels but there is no clear info/idea on 'Real Siblings', maybe because they are not considered to be 'immediate family'.

Thanks: -> Can a person with visitor or super visa apply for PGP sponsorship program ? -> Can a person within canada apply for PGP sponsorship program ? -> Can a person work within canada if he/she is on visitor visa and is withing canada applies for PGP program ? -> If a person is on visitor visa and she applies for PGP sponsorship program, and let's say that here visitor visa expires. In that time, till the decision on PGP application is made, should the applicant extend the visitor visa to stay in canada or it's not needed ? -> Someone told me that to sponspor parents PR, the child PR should be 3 years old atleast. Is it ?
