Though Tomato sauce and spring onion weren't available at the moment in my kitchen, it turned out very tasty. My dad added a few drops of lemon juice before serving and it tasted awesome. I think its better to take another garlic and ginger.. bcz if u take the same garlic and ginger from the stock, there might not be any essence in it. Its alrdy in the stock. So take another ginger and garlic

Recipe:

ALWAYS, turn up the heat, bring the soup to a boil, then add your Egg drop and turn off the heat. Doesn't burn, doesn't clump together as well.

U throw them away . I believe it was done for the broth. Or you can use them for your plants as a fertilizer. Zero waste!! :)

OMG this looks so yummy 😋 I would change 2 things. 1) put lots of ginger and garlic and 2) not put spring onions in.
3) not put chicken stock on it. Just add regular water
4) Add sambahr masala
5) Add peanut butter
6) throw everything in dustbin and order from zomato
