Hina Face I'd like to think it was killing Jane that enraged the Condesce. If you notice, she only starts to really go after Aranea after she stabs Jane, and I personally feel like The Condesce saw her as her perfect heir. She's had a long history with Crocker, she's under her control, and, most importantly, The Condesce has no genetic urge to kill her as competition. Plus, she destroyed the Battleship Condescension with that planet, which had been The Condesce's home for all those years alone after the Vast Glub wiped out the rest of her species. She's bound to have been emotionally attached to it. After Aranea fucked that up...well, we saw. At least, that's what I think happened.

Apparently, Terezi plans to have John use his canon-breaking powers to repair the timeline without causing more doomed timelines. Problem is, John cant use his powers willingly. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand Roxy has an idea.
It would make perfect sense considering his God Tier title. Heir is a class that lets the aspect stuff just... happen with him and the Breath aspect is mostly about free will. So if he'd let Typheus to teach him to use this powers which he'd later use to avert the alpha timeline's shittiness... wow. Makes perfect sense.

The scariest part of [S] GAME OVER was right at the end when John went absolutely _ballistic._ IDK if anybody can relate but whenever I watch a movie with a really despicable and hateful antagonist, when I see that the protagonists have a chance to give them their just desserts, it's almost an animalistic feeling of rage that ignites in my guts and makes me want to, on some level, just watch the heroes pound the villain into the ground until their head caves in and turns into chunky salsa. John embodies that feeling in the last moments of this flash. The raw savagery of his final beatdown on Caliborn, and the way his roaring expression _shakes_ on his head as he punches Caliborn _over and over and over,_ blood and spittle flying... terrifying.
it really distracted me the way john's punches were animated. he should be bringing his elbow back, not just rotating his forearm 180 degrees. nobody punches like that lol
I think that the end part of [S] Game over (with Caliborn laying on the ground) represents people after watching the animation : he is shocked, he wasn't ready for what just happened. He has blood on his face, representing the blood of all of the characters who died, and he has to painfully reach the mouse with his hand to go to the next page.

To be entirely honest, I love this song regardless of Game Over's upsetting events, it is a greatly composed and nice song that shouldn't have it's greatness overlooked by the events of the flash it played over.

I dont think gamzee survived 1. He was cut in half. (An injury of which you cant just get back up from) 2. He was next to Kanaya so he would have been vapourised by the Condescension. 3. It's been three years since I saw this flash and only now do I realize that the beginning/end (and 1:57) of this song could sound like actual "GAME OVER" bgm if you were to slow it down, and perhaps turn it into 8bit or a music box. Like, the slow, sad music box you would get if you died in a game and were asked if you'd want to start over or quit.
It just occurred to me that in addition to the music itself, the fact that the title "Carne Vale" translates to "Goodbye Meat" in Latin makes this song quite appropriate for a flash in which EVERYONE FUCKING DIES.
The comic should've continued from this point onwards, or at least the Retcon shouldn't have gone so far back. I don't know why I felt like commenting this only now, but here we are.

Everyone fucking dies in one single [S] flash
The scariest part of [S] GAME OVER was right at the end when John went absolutely _ballistic._ IDK if anybody can relate but whenever I watch a movie with a really despicable and hateful antagonist, when I see that the protagonists have a chance to give them their just desserts, it's almost an animalistic feeling of rage that ignites in my guts and makes me want to, on some level, just watch the heroes pound the villain into the ground until their head caves in and turns into chunky salsa.
John embodies that feeling in the last moments of this flash. The raw savagery of his final beatdown on Caliborn, and the way his roaring expression _shakes_ on his head as he punches Caliborn _over and over and over,_ blood and spittle flying... terrifying.

it really distracted me the way john's punches were animated. he should be bringing his elbow back, not just rotating his forearm 180 degrees. nobody punches like that lol
I think that the end part of [S] Game over (with Caliborn laying on the ground) represents people after watching the animation :
he is shocked, he wasn't ready for what just happened. He has blood on his face, representing the blood of all of the characters who died, and he has to painfully reach the mouse with his hand to go to the next page.

+Atomic Robo Tesla well not exactly, yes the jack that we see get his arm cutted of survives, but the first jack from before john's time jump died when john altered the timeline; the only charecters that we havent seen die or dead or were not mentioned to be dead are: MS Paint, lord english (we have seen a vertion of him die but not the "main" one), the human's genesis frog, and some of the derse and prospitians from the humans' session.
Xero0 There's a difference between dying and getting through a retcon, so unless there's somewhere in cannon that says it counts then it probably doesn't.
Atomic Robo Tesla well he didnt die biologically, but his concience (and everything else) got erased, so he died in that sence.

To be entirely honest, I love this song regardless of Game Over's upsetting events, it is a greatly composed and nice song that shouldn't have it's greatness overlooked by the events of the flash it played over.
