Realistically it’s only $200 extra! The $2000 14” has a far less powerful binned chip in it If you spec them identically - 10c CPU, 16c GPU - the 14” is only $200 cheaper I personally rate the larger screen, better speakers, bigger fans/thermals, to be well worth that extra $200

Really depends how portable you want it to be - for me 16" and silver are what I prefer. But it's also because I have a macbook air I use when i need a small laptop

The 16 with 32gb and at least 2-4tb would be the best option
Hi Karl 16 inch feels significantly bigger than 14 so that may be a better bet for you. I don't think you'll need 32GB memory
