Hey Mark! I reached out to you awhile back with questions! Just wanted to let you know I ended up getting the mass removed from my kidney and it was tested and found to be a renal cell carcinoma. Dr says he was able to remove all and I shouldn't need radiation. Just wanted you to know that watching your journey helped me with mine, thank you and I'm glad you're getting better!!!!

CFS headaches are THE WORST!!! I had one after I had a spinal tap. They had torn the dural sack and not known it. I thought I was dying. Glad it’s getting better for you. Keeping you and your family in prayer everyday! Didn’t go to church on Sunday but only because it is brutally cold here in Minnesota. Not going this week either. But I will go back soon. Glad to see you pretty perky right now. Good luck with the radiation. Pro tip (48 treatments, six per M-F including the always fun 9am and 3pm two for Tuesdays) - the radiation people get pretty prickly when you use terms like "cooked" and "fried" to describe the aftereffects.
You're looking great, color is good. Please get some B-STRESS it will help your stamina. Keep the fluids coming. God is good and you are the proof. I'm still praying for y'all. Damp washcloth with 2 ice cubes over the eyes and just let them melt will really help with the headaches, it reduces the swelling in the area which reduces the headaches. TMI from an old retired nurse, but I've been there and just wanted to pass on things that truly do work. Love y'all... blessings ❤
Hi Mark - Suggest you ask your radiation team about using Aloe Vera (100%) gel and Aquaphor healing ointment during treatments on your skin. Helped me when my skin starting to burn during radiation. If I ever have to go through radiation again, will use as of day one, and I will generous in it's use. You can get through this, just take it one day at a time.
Please be aware that you have a lifetime limit on radiation therapy. If for any reason you have to have a second round of therapy's (Pray Not) leaves your Drs with reduced options. Keep up the good work and progress. Have a Great Weekend!

Hi mark had radiation in the same area and yes yhe pituitary galnd is in jeopardy mine was destroyed but the bright side is you can live normally with the aid of replacement meds. So donr worry it all going to work out as always in my prayers stay strong

Have you looked into Keytruda or other types of immunotherapy? Some theories suggest that radiation is the reason more people pass away from cancer. I am not a doctor, but I hope to see you get better. I've actually hesitated over leaving a comment for quite some time. My wife's cousin went to MD Anderson for treatment for a rare throat cancer. Ultimately, at the age of 33, her cousin passed away. You both are seemingly going through the same "treatments" and honestly bro, it seems like all these appointments do is they kick your ass. I think that radiation caused my wife's cousin to become so weak that he couldn't fight anymore. Anyways bro, I hope I am not overstepping but I truly want the best for you and your family. Have you looked into Keytruda or other types of immunotherapy? Some theories suggest that radiation is the reason more people pass away from cancer. I am not a doctor, but I hope to see you get better. I've actually hesitated over leaving a comment for quite some time. My wife's cousin went to MD Anderson for treatment for a rare throat cancer. Ultimately, at the age of 33, her cousin passed away. You both are seemingly going through the same "treatments" and honestly bro, it seems like all these appointments do is they kick your ass. I think that radiation caused my wife's cousin to become so weak that he couldn't fight anymore. Anyways bro, I hope I am not overstepping but I truly want the best for you and your family.
