You can also try putting the jar of undiluted cleaner in the ultrasound with straight hot water around it. (Since we are experimenting )

I never thought of that. I know the cover won't go on it with the jar in there. Not sure if the vibrations would eventually break the glass or not. I might give that a try, but the muffler has already been cleaned up now anyway.

Sometimes I have a good idea. Other times, not so much.
Another idea I have is to measure wind speed when doing static thrust test.
