I know how some people don't like this performance of Dare, but I do. It's also a much stronger one than the 2005 one at Manchester, which was almost sunk by Shaun singing out of time and sounding dreadful throughout, both of which seems to be fixed here.
Vocals were still dissapointing here...

Mr. Veteran Jesus dude, the fact that Mr Ryder was smashed at the time was what added to the performance. The last of the true Rock & Roll stars, they are a dying breed. This rendition seemed too contrived and planned so that Ryder didn't misbehave. I guess some people simply just don't get it.
***** The fact that he was smashed at the performance somehow enhanced it? How? If I go to a concert and that was how the musicians acted, I would feel ripped off. He was crap in Manchester, and I felt sorry for the audience there having to put up with him, especially considering everyone else at the performance was really good, which makes it even less excusable that he was pissed. I understand that it can be funny to read about someone being drunk or watch it on the TV, but it is less so when they are performing live, because I expect them to act like professionals, because I paid hard-earned cash to see them live, while they have millions, and the fact that he is a "true rock and roll star" doesn't excuse it. And how don't I get it? What don't I get about someone acting drunk during a performance? What don't I get?

It was weird hearing Shaun sing in this, the coolest thing about the studio version is that he is kind of just "talking" gives it a cool vibe
What a nice voice have this woman and the way it sync with all the team, is magic... they definitely will succeed with more sounds like this

Roses Gabor appeared just during the Demon Days era for Dare and voiced Noodle during the Escape To Plastic Beach World Tour.

Damon's voice is on the recording, too! It's mixed a lot lower than Gabor's, but if you're listening closely you can pick it up. If you listen to the DFA remix of Dare, you can hear Damon's vocals more clearly- they only use his backing track, so he sings the whole song.
