What is the TS ?
Area d = 14.78 mm2 .load 48.9 kgf = .4748 KN so TS = load/ area .4748/14.78. .=.032 KN/mm2 = 32 N/mm2

Note yield load , Max load and fracture load from the machine when it acting on bar...... after that divide by Area you will get yield stresses, fracture and tensile stresses

How can we measure the area of the gauge length after fracture due to load while testing in universal testing machine?
Yes . Machine stop out side the object then measure the Dia and calculate the area 2pieR.
