    That mower did a fabulous job on your yard, didn’t look to have many weeds,& it striped real nice. Speaks well for the machine,& the mulch position it was set on. Appreciate the tutorial on the Honda. Have a productive week.💯👍🏾👏🏾✝️🙏🏾🇺🇸

    I got the same mower, just in Europe called HRX537 200cc. Mine comes from the belgium plant. The honda oil arent the best, so I use a 5w 30 full syntetic mobil1 oil with correct specs. Also I use a denso iridium sparkplug. Fuel, well here i my country with call it a eco frendly fuel, or alkylate gasoline from the company "Aspen". This fuel can last in the fuel tank or in its container for 3-5 years without problems.

      Your Mobil 1 isn’t the best either. You’re using an automotive grade oil in a small engine. I’d use the Honda oil before the Mobil 1, but the best is Amsoil Small Engine oil.

      small engine oil has zinc, automotive oil doesn’t have zinc. Apparently small engines need the zinc.

    Your mower leaked gas because you tilted it to the wrong side. Never tilt the mower towards the carburetor and air filter.

    I have watched a lot of videos on this mower, and this one may have tipped the scales for me.
    I have been trying to decide between a Honda HRX217HYA and a Toro Timemaster, but my yard is only 5,317 SF. The Timemaster is my dream mower, but I just don’t know about the size and weight on a yard like mine. The Honda sure does look like a great mower that I could get many years out of and teach my boy to mow on.
    Which would you choose?

    • @pandhlawncare
      @pandhlawncare  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This is my 4th season with the honda and it still starts on the first pull. Do the regular maintenance on it and i think it is the last mower you will need to buy. If i ever change it will be for fun, like the echo battery mower. I cant speak to the toro because i have no experience with it.

    If they r near u look at the Ferris push mower it’s the bomb. The wheel that is difficult to adjust . Could it b that that is the drive wheel??? When u tilted the mower and gas leaked out u r only suppose to tilt it hot exhaust side down or u risk damaging it fuel going into air filter or something . A Honda store can explain it better than me. Wow u r almost to 2000 subscribers👍🍔

    does it leave strips of uncut grass on the edges? like a corn row? This seems to be a complain on some HRX machines, but it doesn't seem to be a complaint on all of them.
