What a wholesome presentation !! Great easy way of a having adobo !!! P.S. To cut down on the 30 min boiling to soften, I used pressure cooker for 8 minutes. Thanks

Fave ko toh. Tama yanh 1 tsp of vinegar lang kase di masarap aog maasim. Ayan next time pag gagawa ako nian lalagyan ko din ng oyster sauce salamat besh ah May natutunan ako
salamat po! oyster sauce para kakaiba naman yung adobo natin tsaka para thick ang sauce :)

ask ko lng po bat nauna po ung gizzard bago ung mga sangkap? is there any difference po ba pag nauna ung mga garlic and onion?
baka masunog po yung garlic and onion since medjo matagal po iprito yung gizzard
