This video is titled “The Tragedy of Jim Carrey.” What tragedy? It’s merely a biography of his life and career. Everyone has ups and downs, of course. But I don’t understand using the word “tragedy” in the title. It does not *focus* on any tragedy.

Maybe mother being bedridden,homeless living in a van, having dyslexia, suffering depression, divorce, being blamed for someone’s death because u broke up with them…it’s sad if you are living it.

Jim Carrey , so glad he is still alive and doing well. He has made me laugh more than anyone else. Great talent. I think his girlfriend's passing hit him hard because he is a sensitive guy. It wasn't his fault. She was very fragile and seemingly had depended on him for a sense of self worth and when it ended she ended her life. No judgement there on the girlfriend or any of her relatives. Some are more fragile than others.
If it was up to me I would give him at least three oscar awards. I love him and what he represents .Life sometimes puts us in fire not the erase us but to forge us anew stronger better wiser..
