I’m 19 and live in an area where the closest fast food restaurant is 10-15 minutes away. I’m interested in bringing a lot of businesses to my community but I want to know how this would be possible at my age and what I have to do get it done. I have so many ideas that I think would be very helpful just need guidance to execute it properly.
Demand and demographics are very important factors. Those businesses may be 10-15 minutes away because there aren't enough people or demand in your area.
With that said- if the demand is there, you could be on to something!
Assuming you don't have capital, you would need to research what could be successful in your area and then figure out how to raise capital/investors.

Its a very good paying job so i still want to work everyday and if i can as a side to have a full on franchise running without me quitting my job. Its a healthcare job so it will never go down and i will always have that safe paycheck compared to a business where you don’t know what tomorrow holds.

I’m 23 years old I don’t have a college degree and I’m not sure how to even go about opening a franchise, but I’m eager to learn and I want to succeed, I’m trying to create generational wealth for my family and break the cycle. If you have any any classes or anything on some franchises I should go or that might work with me being so young I would love the info.
I don't have a college degree either brother. Absorb as much business knowledge as you can and seek to start a business ASAP. Franchises require capital. You can try to raise capital or partner with someone who has it.

Do you put your franchises under separate LLC’s? If not what do you do with your business es as far as entity’s? I’m a Real Estate agent who has an entity currently, I’d probably wanna have another business separate from my Real Estate income I’d imagine.
I personally put all of my businesses under separate LLC's. Best to talk to your CPA from a tax standpoint and attorney from a liability standpoint.

I worked as a cleaner for a small cleaning company , I would say don’t get into that business. Customers complain about stupid issues and they don’t trust employees that clean. Cleaning sucks and customers complain way too much, it’s hard work.

Gadow was spot on. Generally if you can qualify financially, and have a background and level of acumen that the Franchisor likes and is willing to approve you you are set. I don't have a college degree!

Super expensive to open- $1million +. Just because you like a business as a customer doesn’t mean you should try to own that business- it’s actually a quick way to get yourself in trouble.

With that said, if there is the right demand in your area it can be a great business. Education is something that will always be needed.

You lost me with the 3 minutes of crap you plugged this video with in the beginning. Make that 4 minutes.....
1. You can fast forward.
2. I spend hours of time researching, and putting the content together so it’s impactful and applicable. I can plug whatever I want.
3. Don’t watch my videos if you don’t like it.
4. There was a ton of applicable knowledge, and you chose to complain about the intro. I could probably guess your bank balance within a few hundred bucks.

I'm not here to make everyone happy and like me. Some people will like my style and some won't I'm ok with that. My intentions are to help. If you knew how much time it took to get 1 video, and then someone shits on it lol. I get to react however I want. Here's what's great. You can watch, or you can not watch. If you perceive me as arrogant, I'm ok with that.

This was the first video that I've ever seen of yours. The first three and a half minutes of promoting your stuff, yourself, and your channel completely turned me off. I made it 4 minutes into the video and had had to go to something else because there was no real content in the first 4 minutes of the video and you talked way too slow and are fairly boring.
Thanks for feedback. If you watch some of my more recent videos the content style is different. I jump more into the topic quicker.
Here’s what’s great about TH-cam and content- you don’t have to watch or follow anyone who you don’t resonate with their style.
I have a lot of people that leave raving feedback on my content and delivery. They appreciate that I have the MOST detailed, thorough, and actionable strategies and advice on franchising - AND how to transition from Employee to Entrepreneur.
FINALLY- the reality is not all content should be “exciting”. You label boring as delivering details. If you can’t sit through a “boring” training on how to develop a specific skill set or learn an aspect of business- then maybe entrepreneurship isn’t for you.
