      @@PressureCleaningSch I am setting up a Softwash manifold system this year after batch mixing first season last year and am excited about improved system. I am going to try the seals the hose is just run thru. I like the different bulkhead the pipe just goes into also and may experiment on something else. Thanks again! - MH in Spokane WA

    I realize this has been up a couple of years, but wanted to ask, using the uniseal, does the braided line stay where it should near the bottom of the tank without curling up since there is no drop tube?

      By itself It won’t. We use a 12-18” stick of pvc and a pvc 45 coupler to keep it weighted down

    Will a downstream injector pull from a 1/2 inch pipe ?

    Hey Doug of all the different ways do you find one better than the other?

    Do the drop tubes for a 5.5 gpm soft wash system have to be secure or can you just drop a 1/2" pvc pipe in your batch mix tank?

    Hi Doug, my question is, can i plumb my 5.5 belt drive pressure washer through the top of my water tank and pull water safely to feed the the pressure washer? I realize plumbing it on the bottom is the usual way but my tank sits in a stainless steel case around the bottom of the tank. Do you know anyone that pulls water from the top of the tank with a drop stick?

    • @PressureCleaningSch

      No I do not know of anyone that pulls from the top of a pressure washer....and thats not something I would do...just don't think you could get adequate flow to it.

    Should I be using different size bulkhead fittings for each tank. Maybe 1/2 inch for soap tank and 1 inch for water and sh tank. Or does it even matter?

    • @PressureCleaningSch
      @PressureCleaningSch  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it matters depending on what your feeding. I use 1/2 for water and Bleach for my Kingslinger. 3/4 or 1 inch for a pressure washer.

      With a blend manifold

      @PressureCleaningSch  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@anthonyjohnson2242 1/2 is fine on the blend manifold, but I suggest using 5/8 hose to spray with.

      @@PressureCleaningSch hello bud. I have a question
      I see people use 1/2 hose for spraying and 5/8 but more on the 1/2 hose . What’s the difference with the 5/8? What do you recommend sir? Also thank you for all the good content you’re putting out

    Why not pull soap directly from bottom of tank instead going up a tube and then out to whatever you're sending it to? I mean pull soap down thru bottom of tank. Then you'd have the weight of the soap on top pushing the soap out to your unit.

      You don't want to have any bulkhead fittings on your surfactant or sh tanks. Just in case you get a leak. Water tank it's o.k. to have a fitting on the bottom. Hope this helps.
