Both look great. Robert England still looks like he could play Freddy Krueger again but he's in his mid 70s. Heather definitely can still act. I would love to see another A nightmare on Elm street. Im a 80s kid so im spoiled on 80s movies. Lol. I sure which i could go back to the 80s but we only live once. ❤
I think a lot of fans soured on the last movie from 2010 simply because Robert didn't play Freddy but Jackie Earle Haley did a great job. I would, however, love to see a prequel. A horror movie with Freddy as a human serial killer could be great if done right.
I’d be OK with that if they did that and then made a new one of after he burned maybe Nancy when she was little or something you know like being a little when he messed with her and then when she grew up and came back up after he got burned, that would be cool
Jackie most certainly did NOT do a great job, he was playing HIMSELF but looked like leatherface. The only half-decent actor in the entire film got killed off early, that was Katie Cassidy.
Jackie actually brought some cool stuff to the character, like the finger flicker/scissor sound thing was ENTIRELY his idea according to the director. Unfortunately I think Robert was right, the story was paced wrong and they'd just released the remastered Blu-Ray of the originals... It sucked the life out of the reboot.
Ok Look there is this game called Dead By Daylight and we have new Freddy 😢 They are reworking him and now they also do voicelines. Idk about the deal they have for copyrights but it would be FUCKING AMAZING to have the TRUE and only Freddy ,Mr.Englund as model and couple voicelines . One can dream,one can dream
Did you not watch the interview he said he can’t do it anymore lol he’s old he deserves to rest and relax but a voice animated series would be awesome but he should be the one to find the nextFreddy

I literally discovered the movie on vhs in a library , some could say it was by accident because I wasn’t even 12 yet 🤣 but I say what’s mean to be will be 💯
Would be great to see another Nightmare on Elm Street with Heather. C'mon they are horror movies. You find out she never died in part 3. Been done a million times. ( Watch the Fast and Furious Saga. Everyone comes back ) I would def see it!!
I still think he's got one more movie in him make it a two parter like it chapter one and two all he has to do is stand there and talk also he has stuntmen.
I would like to see one more where Robert Englund invades the soul of some awful criminal or victim as a way to pass the torch to a new actor... kind of how he messed with the gay kid in nightmare 2... I think Jared Leto could pull off Freddy maybe Crispin Glover or a new actor.
We do need one more before they are gone I mean we still got them I hope for awhile. We just need one more with them both.
