    For anyone on the fence about this product - I've owned mine for ~8 years and it has held up extremely well. It's still in excellent condition. If you're looking for something "solid" to stop your punch like a heavy bag, this isn't it. It is meant to help you focus on your speed and accuracy. That being said, you can hit it as hard as you can... it just doesn't have much resistance. The pads pop away very easily, if that makes sense. I'm 6'3, 245 lbs, and fairly quick with my hands for reference. Highly recommend anything by Bas.

    • @Brachwah
      @Brachwah 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Alvatori How did you manage to hit it without sand bags holding it down though? Surely it moved all over the place? If so, that's probably why you broke it. I've kept mine secured to the concrete in my garage.

    Bought one.
    This thing impressed me. Video doesn’t show every single setup possible with it. It’s your choice on how to set it up.
    Great for accuracy & endurance.

    Dear Class, Bas Rutten is a joy to see. He keeps in such great shape and it inspires me and the Class, always man. I have been studying his films over the years a bit, and he obviously has studied many Martial Art(s), including 10 Commandment Way of course, but I see him working hard still at School today, in and regarding our Eternal Universal Defense & School Project(s), and I just wished to say something good about him & nice about him. He is so tenacious..it's hilarious to see him working out on the bag, lol. I feel bad for the bag he's so good about it, but anyway, just besides nice work on this new BAS Body Action System which looks like a blast to train on, Mr. Bas Rutten is just absolutely, stunningly, & totally...."an OUTSTANDING Practitioner of Master Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, always & stuff man, yikes". I have seen many Practitioner of Jeet Kune Do over the years, and Bas just stands out like a bright white beacon light about it, he is one the best students I have ever seen of it in my "life", so props to him for it, and keep up the good work Bas! Thanks.

    Automated arms that move and rotate and on the pads have a lighting system where pads light up when to hit. Also for the lower pads instead of the traditional mitt design have a long pad that mimics the shin.

    Mine is nowhere near this flexible. The “body” and “head” on mine, are very stiff. I also had to go to Lowe’s and buy 4 more bags of sand to keep mine from moving all over floor while I was working out with it. The weighted bags provided weren’t anywhere close to sufficient.
    With that being said, I still enjoy the product. It’s just a little different than what’s being presented here, and in other demos I’ve seen

    This thing is way, WAY too expensive. It is a cool invention but it gets boring quick and its not worth anywhere near this amount of money. I mean its laughable really. There is also no real good way of keeping it standing other than nailing it into the floor. We have one at the gym and we spend more time trying to stop it from falling over then actually punching and we cant nail into the floor because we dont own the building. It has these stupid sandbags to weight it down but they barely work and they get in the way of your feet. There is also not a big enough radius for your feet to move around. you only have like 45 degrees of movement so you are basically standing in one spot punching the whole time. Its fun for about 3 min.
