Universal Kombat I would definitely say this is great for people who are experienced, however new users may fuck themselves up if they aren't accurate. To be honest I think they should just add optional Padding to come with it. Or even just to prevent it from making as much noise.

If this thing helps you in the training better than the bag why you have bags in your gym and you dont use your product ?
The bag still has its place in a gym alongside this.
For practicing side kicks and Building strength in legs and jabs? This is more like a speed bag id say it seems good for speed and cardio
it's wayy too expensive and just because it bounces back doesn't mean it has resistance like a heavy bag

there is less variety of what you can do (in BAS you can take off and put back in partes and train the very specific thing you need like high kicks).
Also the bob is knocked down easily and doesnt have much consistency so you can train power

I love this and will be getting one, but I have a question bas. Did you use any sound cancelling effect whlile hitting the bag? The videos of people who bought it, when they are hitiing it, it really make a loud rattling noise. It was like that on most videos but this one. Is there a secret to have it sound as it does in the video when we hit it so it isn't making a ton of noise? It sounds "too good" in this video and I hope I get make it sound that nice when hitting it after I buy one! Thanks!
