    I went on a fruits and veggies only diet for a month and felt SO good. I’d never had so much energy or felt so light in my life. Converted to veganism after that.

      At this age, just focus on eating a healthy, varied diet from different food groups. Focus on being as healthy as you can. You can do this.

      @@lolasloyalty1360 well I'm on day 4 on my diet I exercise at 5:30 a.m. -7:00 a.m. and I also eat healthy like salad and fruits and yk alot of water and a 8 hours of sleep and I lost 3 pounds already and ik its not that much but I worked so hard and I am feeling really proud (I'm 14 turninh 15 btw)

      @Remelia Ali I'm glad you are doing it the healthy way. Be sure to get in protein and don't get on the diet-fads because that leads to yo-yo dieting (or eating disorders). I know I've dieter on and off for 35 years. Healthy eating lifestyle is best.

    I will be starting this tomorrow. I am at 280lbs. I weighed 330. How I went from 205 lbs to 330lbs. I couldn’t even tell you. I lost 50lbs. I have 80lbs total to go. Birthday coming up in January, I got this!!

    you didn't eat enough food to be satisfied. NEVER be afraid to eat veggies. it's just fiber and water and your body doesn't even digest the fiber...hope you try again ❤

      Next time try the paleo diet if you truly felt unsatisfied. I mostly only ate meats. Veggies on my chest days and I almost always had a whole pan of sautéed collards or broccoli with half a ribeye on top. No weird counting intake stuff. No concerns after just knowing it’s meat, seasonings, and veggies. I used butter and crushed garlic to baste the steak at the end and usually cooked my veggies in the pan drippings. Mesquite seasoning all the time for those greens lol. Sometimes a slice of bacon to replace butter or oil. I damn near was stuffed all the time and would wrap my plate to have for dinner/breakfast after work. Was pretty cheap too, bought 2 pack and 3 pack ribeye steaks when on sale and froze them, whenever I wanted one I would just pop it in the pan and get a perfect medium. Easier to cut in half or into strips when it’s been frozen as well. 10 mins on the counter to defrost and you’re all good. I switched to this diet in this order.. a year of pescaova vegetarian lifestyle, few month break.. switch to paleo diet... then switched to carnivore lifestyle with veggie cheat days. I also had cereal in the mornings on those cheat days as well lol, didn’t want to take it out my life. I dropped weight out of nowhere and was never hungry unless I was pulling a double at work. My only exercise was walking my dog. Around the apartment complex and at local parks and greenways if I had the time. It was pretty inconsistent. One day I looked at myself in the mirror and was like damn, how’d that even happen. I didn’t have the time to be focused on myself Per se... just knew I was broke and unhappy with the foods I was eating and some of the wasted stuff I had to throw away. Real talk, I was a bit over 200lbs, 5’O , and in my early 20’s (18-23) I’m 23 currently and had a terrible year with many ups and downs and that weight came right back on my ass. I’m going to be doing the egg fast for a week since I’m never ever tired of eggs, and then switch back to paleo and eventually the carnivore diet. I remember I was about 130 consistently and I’d only really know that when I was donating blood or at the doctor for insomnia meds when I stopped smoking weed for work. I had some meat on my bones still which I personally prefer, it’s the ideal in my family lol, but it was at a point where I actually felt comfortable wearing a 2 piece to the pool or lake or rocking a crop top and not worrying about fat bulging over or tight ass pants about to pop lmao. If I actually worked out who knows how “toned” and more slim I could’ve gotten. I think being happy with your diet and day to day regimens are essential when it comes to weight loss. Shit, stress too lol, I was paying for everything myself and taking care of a dog and in my first apartment with a crazy roomate. For me it was kind of accidental. I just knew I was already fat asf (about 230lb for my short ass self lol) no shade, so I figured I might as well eat wtf I actually WANT while not Feeling like I was throwing away money in the trash with wasted food products etc. waste not want not you know. Luckily, I found something that clicked. And now that I moved back to my home state during the worst point of my life, it’s time to get that feeling of content back. Seeing how much I’ve changed is only motivation, my little yorkiepoo is already excited about his new harnesses even though he’s lazier than me and will literally lay down in the middle of a walk until I turn back to the way the house is.

      Great advice! I also let people know that you shouldn’t be afraid to eat as much fruit as you want! I actually heard people say, more than once, that fruit has too much sugar in it, whaaaa? It’s natural sugar! With the exception of diabetics, that’s crazy 🤦🏽‍♀️

      I’m right there with you. I went from 180 to 225 . I started 3 days ago . I’m doing a mixture between , juicing , homemade veggie soup , and water . I have to say I not satisfied but I’m definitely full.

      Yes, squash & eggplant are great sautéed...definitely would have incorporated them.
      The spinach, cabbage and yams great to include also.
      This was great! Maybe she only liked the ones she chose.
      I wouldn’t mind doing this! Most times I prefer veggies over meat.

    Maybe if you incorporated beans and legumes into the diet, it would be more appealing. Warm foods are sometimes more appetizing.

      I think in my opinion its best to eat it fresh because it takes most of the salt away. So I wouldn't do veggies soup it has a lot of sodium

    I ate kale, cucumber, yams, and spinach for 6 days.
    I had black coffee in the morning, then ate this at lunch ( 12:00) and dinner ( 5:30)
    Also walked only 1.6 miles 4 of the 6 days.
    Lost 9.6 lbs in that 6 day week

    Just a smidge of olive oil, sauteed broccoli, garlic and sauteed kale is my Go To dinner and fruit/veggies during the day made me lose 50 lbs in 3 months. Delicious dinner. Broccoli is SUPER high in protein and filling. Perfect at night for the belly growls while losing weight.

      SUPER high? 100g only has around 3g of protein, an average head (around 250g) would usually have around 8g at best. An egg has around 12-13g. Are you eating several kilos of broccoli a day to get the "super" high amount of protein?

    It doesn’t seem like a lot... most veggies are very low in calories therefore you can eat way more veggies
    Whatever you eat, make half your plate veggies push your water content 2L a day
    don’t give up so easily

    If you want to lose weight or even grow muscle as a 13 year old I have a tip for you. I’m a 13 year old boy and I lift weights and run. My diet consists of boiled eggs,protein yogurt,salad,two small tomatoes, and Siracha or any other 0 calorie sauce. I also drink a protein shake with that Morning) 6 protein chicken nuggets, Salad, and protein shake. After workout) try to fit in a gallon- 2 gallons a day. If your a bit older you can eat dinner to.

    Right so I'm going to do this, however I'm going to have chicken breast or fish along side my salad so basically keto, and I'm going to be doing omad too. Currently I'm 18 and weight 114kg :( my goal is to be 50kg at least :) so I have a long journey but I can do it

    I'm day 3 of eating veggies only and it's freeing in a way. I don't have to worry myself about what to eat. I'm on a goal to drop 100lbs. I'm currently 240 so yeah that doctor scare changed me forever.

    Wow even your feet look thinner after this diet. I've tried this diet many times before, and it always works for weight loss. In order to sustain it longer I think I'll include more fats in the future. Like a tiny bit of olive oil on my salad. Or a handful of nuts. You did amazing, I love the style of your video, great editing.

      When the difference between calorie consumption and calorie burn is 7700 calories, then only you lose one kg of weight.
      So, it is impossible in one day.
      We usually eat 2000 to 2500 calories per day.
      So, if we do not eat at all, we can make the difference of 2000 calories per day. That will be 300 grams of weight loss.
      So, if we eat nothing and do additional workouts to burn more 57000 calories,(6 to 10 hour running daily with out eating any calorie) then we can lose weight one kg per day, ,, ,impossible

    Thanks for sharing. You would of lost more if you ate twice a day instead of 5 times a day plus cutting the avocado, carrots and corn out. This is literally a ketosis diet geared towards fat burning. But without protein your severely compromising alot of body functions. By adding just 3 eggs could offset this problem. I done something similar on my weight loss journey long ago. Lost over 126 lbs within 6 months. Now I just follow a normal keto diet. In the beginning though just veggies with little protein. The fat will melt off

    I need to move back to my mums house, she HARDLY eats any heavy or unhealthy food she loves and eats lots of vegetables she is diabetic and has colesterol !! Her diet is clean plus she drink lots of water . She went months without her diabetes medication for personal reasons but because she was eating properly nothing changed , her diabetes has never been better even the doctor was shocked !! This is a MUST TRY !!

    I'm at 200lbs after weighing a low 165lbs, post divorce. I was 220lbs at my heaviest when I was married. I will be challenging myself for 30 days, doing the "fruits & vegies" diet. I will include cycling (for cardio) and dumbbell full body workouts to help the process.

    Hey there. I am full vegan. If I ate the tiny portions that you did, I would die!!!!! You need to have yummy foods and seasonings ...herbs...spices...delicious yams and potatoes and broccoli and cabbage and turnips and collard greens. There are sooooooo many vegetables.     Congrats on your weight loss, When I do this I call it cleaning out my system and I try at least once a month.I make a huge pot of bean soup filled with veggies it is so filling and you can make it so you are not missing the flavor.

    Did this but allowed brown rice and fruit and did iF and lost 8lbs in one week. After watching this I’m going to try just veggies only no brown rice or fruit but I am going to do a vegan protein shake with greens added. This is like a Daniel fast. I’m also going to add veggie soup Ty for making this video.

    For anyone who’s worried about protein if they’re eating a vegetarian or vegan diet, look up all the vegetables, and you’ll find There is protein in vegetables. You do not need to eat grains, legumes or beans or animal products to get protein. And I would add that if you have children, I would be more educated about Meeting their nutritional needs with a vegetarian or vegan diet and perhaps rely on tofu for additional protein.

    I started my journey 9 days ago. I'm 48, and started off at 258lb and in 1st week I lost 8lb just eating steamed veg + gravy, fruit and porridge everyday plus walking roughly 5 miles a day.
    In January I was 285lb after years of alcoholism made me HUGE. I gave up drinking on 30th December 2019 after nearly dying from alcohol withdrawal and went further into depression and in July I had a blood clot in my leg ( 2nd time in 5 years ) so my motivation was non existent.
    NOW.......😁...... 9 days ago I received a fitbit watch and my motivation has come out of nowhere and I can't stop wanting to walk everywhere and everyday 😁😁😁. I'm still off the alcohol and I'm confident that I will never drink again ( even tho I'm a barman ) as I know how much I have to lose if I do.
    To anyone out there who is going through or thinking of starting their own weight loss journey......DO IT!....... DON'T make any excuses or think it's too hard.....JUST DO IT! Your life will change for the better I promise.

      You probably wasn’t eating enough. You should have added nuts and other forms of health protein that was plant based

    This should be temporary for weight loss
    Protein and multi grains are important as a balance diet

    To help with the hunger Rating maybe add things like Coconut Oil and Olive Oil. If wanting to be less strict on ‘veggies only’ try cottage cheese and some form of protein powder as well.

    I'm sorry you did not enjoy this diet. This actually seems like it was created for me. I absolutely love veggies, might incorporate some beans and tofu too. I do not eat meat anyways, so after I have my baby I'm going to do this. My biggest problem is chocolate tho. Wish me luck 😊

      Good luck! I'm learning to like veggies more. It's about how you cook and season it. Yes, chocolate gets me as well.

    You did good. I love veggies, I am on high protein and fiber. No meat other than tuna, boiled chicken and quinoa.

    You were still hungry because you didn't eat enough. You can eat as much vegetables you want to make up your allowed calorie consumption for the day. Vegetables aren't eaten in portions like you would a regular chicken and rice dinner.

    Thanks for sharing. If you included more types of veggies, especially ones with deep colors (dark leafy greens, broccoli, eggplant, red cabbage, beets, brussel sprouts, etc) and prepared with more savory spices you would have likely enjoyed the experiment more...

      Yeah I was wondering where the deep leafy greens were. I don't eat iceberg lettuce. Very little nutritional value. Also, there are a million ways to prepare rather than just cut up and put in bowl. I wouldn't have enjoyed that either.

    Hi. There is a mistake. The weight loss is 7,9 pounds, which is 3,5 kg’s
    It is still very good ☺️

      No she is correct. She was 115.7 kg or 255 lbs. Since she went down to 107.8 kg she lost 7.9 kg which is roughly 17 lbs.
