As you walk onto the quaint porch of the Texas Ruby, you then have the choice of whether you would like to enter the home through the main door or through a side door that opens to the kitchen. Entering through the kitchen you will immediately be enthralled by the attractive appeal that it holds. Centered above the huge island is a luxurious looking tray ceiling. One thing that you will definitely notice is that there is absolutely no lack of cabinets in the Texas Ruby. There are 41 kitchen cabinets alone, that doesn't include any of the drawers you get as well! This is one of the most gorgeous homes I've ever seen in my life! It's functional, beautiful, and very practical. Absolutely no downsides with this home and no corners were cut. Recreational Resort cottages never fails to impress! And as always Mr. Tiny killed it in this video!

This is definitely one of my favorite designs. I wish I could have bought one when they were $130k. Only thing I would change is replace the stove with a cook top, wall oven and convection/microwave oven. 240k and no microwave? Also, I would add an accent outdoor siding to break up the front. A stone fireplace in the living room with bookshelves would be nice. I love the three windows in the kitchen and the primary bath with separate shower and bath. Would love to see a mini mansion with that.

@@Ultimatehobbyreviews they have had a few similar. The Elly May was $130 the Lulumay had some upgrades and was around $160 I think. There was another one without the porch I really liked around the same price I will try to find it for you. Right now I like the 1 bed/1 bath I think it is called the Seville for around $120k.

Finally a Half Bathroom in a Large House 🏡 there is nothing I would Change I would add Black Cabinet Pulls and Draw Pulls but that's it is Perfect and I like the Price Point as well 2 Thumbs up👍🏾👍🏾 Winner!!!!!
Texas Ruby is one of the best floorplan...Have seen several versions...Love the side entry w powder room and entry closets w benches, hooks, and shoe storage ..Huge kitchen w 41 cabinets... Likes the hood design...Very functional and useful...Shower tower is always the show stopper!
Near perfect home! Kitchen absolutely awesome! Loved flooring throughout (I despise carpet). Great mudroom entry at back with powder room so convenient. Great home!
I would put a freezer in the "time out" space. (That was cute! When children are "sent to their room" it's not really a deterrent because they usually have about everything they want in their room.)

The Anderson was my favorite but this one hit it out the park I love it my favorite features was the openness and the fixtures in the shower and bath in the master got me wanting to sell my house🤣🤣🤣

I love this home and all the space, the kitchen is awesome.
It's a beautiful home. I would rather have a smaller master bedroom and bathroom so my family could have more room in their bedrooms.

Love that all the bedrooms are together! Makes so much more sense! Right close to hear your kids, and splits the home into a day end, and night end. I just don't understand the master bedrooms next door to the lounge or den! Either you're kept awake by the TV, or people staying up late to watch TV have to put the subtitles on!
Same when laundry rooms are next to bedrooms...I don't want to be limited to when I can put the washer and dryer on. I don't have kids at home now, but years ago I'd be doing washing and ironing after kid's bedtime. You can't expect to teach children good bedtime routine, then wonder why it's not working if they have a TV the other side of their wall, or jean's buckles and zips clanking round in the washer or dryer on a spin cycle clunking the other side of their headboard! 😳
This way all the early morning or late evening noise is kept away from the sleeping area. No cabinet doors, cutlery, microwave pings or crockery clattering near bedrooms. No doors opening and closing or friends coming and going later in the evening. Perfect separation of night and day areas of the home.
The floorplan is excellent, I wouldn't change anything in the home itself. The only thing I'd "use" differently is that back door. I'd get the house delivered and set up with that back door, half bath, coat area, facing the main road, and that would be my front door. Nice and separate from whoever's knocking at the door staring right into my entire home! Then the lounge and kitchen doors would lead privately to the back garden instead, which just makes sense. I would not have a barbecue out the front of my house with friends and family and the Amazon delivery driver or postman coming right in amongst us! Or traffic passing out front or neighbours peering over! NOOOOOO! Not happening!
My back garden would be enclosed fully in a 7ft closed boarded fence, and big bushy shrubs and trees all round the fence for extra privacy and sound barrier. Front garden and door for official deliveries or enquiries, back garden and doors for friends and family to relax, in private, no one gawping at me or grandkids in swimming costumes etc. I can have my morning latte out on the patio, with scary-Mary morning hair wearing my comfy scruffy old dressing gown and not have to worry about what the nosey curtain-twitcher next door is staring at!

Gorgeous home, and it just WORKS! It's not just BIG enough for family life, it actually PROMOTES a healthy and safe family lifestyle. I'm as friendly and welcoming as it's possible to be, but if you put your life on show to all and sundry, you're just asking for trouble!

In the time out area, I would put a big freezer there since there’s an outlet.
There are other manufacturers that have this floor plan and/or very similar. But your pricing is a bit better. I do like this model but would need a few changes to suit my needs and wants. Thanks for switching it up from the tiny homes.
Love this home and the mud room is so convenient when gardening. Is it possible to make that area also to include a dog wash station and a space for 2 large dog crates? We are willing to lose a bedroom. No kids, just dogs and gardening for this retired couple.
