Nutritional labels on food products need a total makeover to best serve the public. I am curious as to what the labels would look like if Dr John Bagnula was in charge. Why is it that many of the foods which are high in desired, beneficial chemical compounds are also quite high in oxalates? Is there a link I’m missing?
I consume lemons , is this bad ?? I drink organic lemon squeezed in ice water or iced ( unsweetened ) match tea and I juice one whole lemon with blueberries 4 times per week.
Does adding dairy products block the bioavailability or absorption of polyphenols? Weather it’s in fruits or coffee, chocolate etc? Please help me answer this.

Plants that contain more nutrients contain more oxalate.

No, not all of them. Many are low in oxalates.

I add a clove of onion and 1/2 a carrot.
My experience is very good in reducing inflammation.
