How to open a Power Vision (PVOG) stk file with Win PV

I almost always start with the cal that is in the bike when I get it. In most cases, I'm getting a tune license so I will read the stk, then save it to the customer's folder. But even if I'm not getting a tune license, I can still read the stk and open it as the file I will set up to start tuning with.
