Tuning a Dynojet Power Vision using PVV files
Tuning a Dynojet Power Vision using Power Vision Value (PVV) files.
In the fast-paced world of mobile Dyno tuning at Rallies, we are always developing better procedures to ensure the bike gets its best tune. In most cases, we start with the map that the bike has in it when we get it. Then add our Master Value files from our tune database, for the cam, pipe, and injector size... that the bike is running.
I can't count how many times we get asked to sell our maps. Well, we are releasing some of the value files we use at the rallies, and this video explains how to use them.
These files can be picked up at Dynotraining.com. We will be adding more as we get time.

I almost always start with the cal that is in the bike when I get it. In most cases, I'm getting a tune license so I will read the stk, then save it to the customer's folder. But even if I'm not getting a tune license, I can still read the stk and open it as the file I will set up to start tuning with. Want to learn more: www.Dynotraining.com

At the Daytona Spring rally 2021, I got to tune this bike with a 30-inch front wheel and dual air ride. With the rake and suspension travel, it moved forward and back a lot with the throttle opening and closing. Pretty cool bike and it made decent power.

When I try to open the stk. It tells me invalid tune filename extension?

Is the maximum value in the VE table still 127 or can you go higher than that without changing the displacement value?
Your videos are great - thank you for your time and effort to do these. With that in mind, especially within the online Dynonet community, there seems to be an information gap on MAP Load Normalization - what it is, what are symptoms it may not be correct, and how can it be set properly (with and without an actual Dyno). Do you think you could do a video specifically on this topic and instantly become the online single source for explaining this setting well?
went to your website to buy a tune and have it emailed to my PV 4.. doesn't look like it will be that easy, unfortunately.. will you eventually offer this approach for the newest platforms?
One day they'll be able to tune your bike without even touching the bike of course they will be all electric and they won't have the harley based customer anymore but none the less it will be high tech 🤮
Doing better than me. I can't even get it to work. Would have been done already if it was with the old power vision. Not sure what I am missing! Thanks for the video.
