Memories from 1975. Had one on a kidd full chop.. Wow 100hp that would never hardly give up... chopped 4 rows of a Fahr km22 into one.. Amazing blow for h.p... Great video but oh dear that bloody awful music !!! 🤣
My Brother had one of these tractors , sounded lovely when it was working but an electrical fire started in the cab that was impossible to extinguish and it became a write off . Apperently most of them finished their lives the same way .
Fantastic restoration work, well done and may I say the leyland engines are the best sounding engines ever made. Hey check out may channel and look at what we did to our Leyland 804.
@mphelan1234 looks amazing lad, a real credit to you . I notice your in ireland too. Where is the best place to get leyland parts?ive a 270 I want to get some bits for
@@mphelan1234 no bothers buddy, thought as much lol. Id settle even for a door nd a grille and headlamps coz shes all there apart frm that. Running 100% too just wud love to source them few bits lol
Sorry, this is not a renovation, spray the entire engine including wiring, alternator, filter and everything. Engine without dismantling? Without replacing old parts, gaskets? It's not professional.
My dad has one of them and he needs to put in a gear box and it is driving and it starts and everything so and maybe just a little bit of spray and paint but it is good and it sounds like a lorrie because it has a lorrie engine so yea
My father used to have two leylands when I was small I wish he kept them so I could do them up like that they getting scarce to see now who did leyland sell their name to

Once you have the solid rear engine mounts and keep them serviced yes they are very reliable.
