Been using the standard bars but after progressing to 90kg I went for too many reps and had to roll of shame. Need a cage now for peace of mind. Probably get the m100 looks great
Yeah it’s a nice rack. It’s essential the same as the half rack I mentioned when it has the additional storage on the back. But it’s another solid option. I personally prefer squat cage as they feel more sturdy to me. When I build my next home gym I’ll probably get one of the wall mounted Rigs with 2 squat stations in.
Ah I thought you meant the m3 half rack. My bad! I’m not sure how people would feel having to bolt it down into the floor/ into a platform. But certainly looks like a decent rack, with good attachments, dipping handles etc. The rack I have at home is the Bodymax F485. Because I have a smaller space and film videos I like being able to move my rack off the lifting platform. All of these are good options just some personal preference :)
Looking at the specs of the M3 rack, the version that does not require bolting down is the 90cm deep model if it is fitted with the optional rear stabilizer bar.
These racks arent 3x3 right? So limited with what attachements from other manufacturers

Don't use collars so you can tip the weights off.
I'd say the only rack you didn't mention the m3 would be the most versatile and cost effective

@@thakursachin neither require it but I have the 60cm one and ended up bolting it when a knocked the rack down 😂
Why has the M3 been skipped? Thats the one which suits my needs with 188cm height.
