CROP vs Sequence Settings in Adobe Premiere Pro

what if you don't know the exact video resolution? Isn't there a way to crop it manually keeping only the "good" part of the video you wanna export?
There should be...I can't believe you can only crop it by inserting the exact resolution in pixels...

The best solution is to downgrade to Adobe Premiere Pro CC because there you still have in the export menu the crop option which lets you crop the video in any crazy resolution, this new APP sucks! This shown method takes to many time and it's a pain in the ass for people who makes web banners ... Anyway TNX for the video and your effort! @VideoRevealed
