What do you do if an agent is notorious for having cancelled contracts? Do you charge a fee or maybe withdraw from providing services? I want to set property expectations when I draw up my onboarding contract for the agents. Oh that brings me to another question. Do you have an onboarding contract for your services you require to be signed?
Hi there, thanks for watching! Yes, we have a customer agreement that all of our clients sign. I haven't run into an issue of one agent having a large volume of canceled contracts, but if this is a concern, I would imagine stipulations such as the ones you mentioned could be put into your onboarding contract.
I am going to make a video about this soon! :) It is hard to give a short answer as independent TC's income can vary greatly depending on how many files they want to take on or can. Also, there can be a slow start while you build up your clientele. But on the flip side, independently working as a TC, there is no ceiling on your income!

Exactly so you?
With all the stress how much do TCs make?
