If I lived in Los Angeles I would go there! ❤️ The chef looked so happy that you enjoyed your food. It seems like he cooks with homemade love , but yet puts modern unique flavors into each dish. My best friend is from Belize, and I miss eating all of her mom's cooking.

I haven’t had a good tamale in my life yet. Every time I’ve tried here in our area, the masa is sooooo dry. I can’t wait for more from you in this series!
