    Tlayudas are usually described as looking like pizzas. But they’ve been around a long time in Oaxaca. And they prepare them with a bean and lard base on the tortilla as opposed to red tomato. Which, incidentally, we’re first cultivated for consumption in Mexico (as well as green tomatoes).

    Greeting Rock star eater, enjoy seeing the content of AAALLLLL your videos and I'm from BELIZE. The mole negro that's cooked is my country, they is two ways to do it, first it can be done from roasted corn tortillas and turn it to a thick paste or the recado negro which is a thick bar that's made from purple corn.
