A new bob owner less than 24 hours and I love it!!! So freeing. Had long waist length type 4 hair for a very long time. Went shoulder length 2 years ago and took the plunge last afternoon. I don't think I will grow out my hair for a while. 😂😂❤

I got diagnosed with the same thing and got prescribed the same as well. My thinning in the front started growing back. To control my dermatitis I have to wash my hair once a week now

Derm MA here! I’m so glad your Derm told you not to actually wash your hair with the keto. That just does not work for our hair. Be consistent with it and you’ll definitely see results! Good luck 🫶🏾

Thank you for commenting! I asked my derm if there were any products/ingredients she recommended that I stay away from and surprisingly her answer was not really. Do you have the same sentiment?

Oou I’d say slightly agree haha.. mostly no, however seb Derm can be triggered by dryness. So products that are heavily fragranced or with harsh detergents like sulfates can be irritating. So I’d say avoid those when you can. Also, hot water when washing the hair can also be a trigger.

What’s your opinion on zinc pyrithione? I heard that alternating shampoos works because your scalp gets used to the active ingredients. I’m trying to figure out the best method/usage.

The creme of nature leave in has been my go to for years now. No other leave in does it for me, and it makes it easier to comb through my hair after washing

I’m suffering with this dermatitis as well☹️ I feel like it came out of nowhere!! My hair was thick and flourishing but now its the complete opposite I’m so sad🤧 do you not like the old products anymore?

It’s not that I don’t like the other products, I just wasn’t consistent enough with them to really see results. And I didn’t want my hair to thin even more.
