In this DCS World Simulator video I'm in the SU35 Flanker fighting 2 Eurofighter Typhoons armed with Meteor missiles.

I love playing simulators, I started with Arma 3 and then I saw DCS World. I also enjoy War Thunder , Battlefield , Ghost recon, Squad , Rome total war, Microsoft Flight Simulator and more. I also enjoy World War II games including il-2 In DCS World i found all the jets that i wanted to fly in a simulator the F 16 Viper , FA 18 Hornet , F 15 Eagle , A 10 Warthog , SU 27 , Mig 29 , P 51 , Spitfire , AH 64 Apeche , Heuy and more... And if you will download MODs the options are endless: F 22 Raptor, SU 57 , A 4 Skyhawk , SR 71 Blackbird , Rafale, Gripen and the list goes on.

I bet the Meteor was chasing you at a low speed then sped up as it got closer.
Having a radar signature the size of a house probably didn't help either.
Man, being a fan of both channels I have to ask; are you Dark Somnium? Your voices sound very similar, in tone, cadence and in general. In this video I kept having this feeling like listening to one of his creepypasta narrations while I'm driving at night.
Besides that, great chase with that meteor, it's a real bloodhound!

I wonder if SAMs do actually hit anything in DCS? Looking at Ukraine conflict even older group air defence is quite deadly, but in DCS fight they just shoot missiles without any effect

The Su-35S NATO designation is Flanker M, not Flanker E.

The OG "Su-35" aka Su-27M was designated as Flanker E.
The modern Su-35, the Su-35S, currently in production and operational in the russian air force and the jet you flew in this video, has the NATO reporting name Flanker-M.

I would love to see the perspective of this EF2000. Such an agreesive and precise play.
Upd. Like everyone is speaking about how Meterors are good, but nones talking about this EF doing great job on attacking and recommiting even under c300 pressure.
In a real world scenario as a Russian su 37 pilot I think you should be more worry about your own s300 missiles rather than your nato enemies

I wonder why the Brits have not put an ARM seeker head, or a home on jam feature on a Meteor. That has got to be better than HARM. Lighter too.

After going cold for so long at low altitude there comes a time when pulling up is the best option
yeah any sustained 90 degree vector change to bleed that missile's energy. the little maneuvers add up to net 0 heading change when the missile is so far away. But it's fast so there's a narrow window when the maneuver is effective.
In a real life you would be shot down by friendly S-300!

Great fight! The only thing wrong was that you were using a Sukhoi! I would love to see a modernized Tomcat against the Typhoon in this same scenario. Love this stuff!
Su27 variants are better. Tomcat is a worse plane.
@@Greasy__Beardefinitely depends on the pilot and a few other factors. Yeah the tomcat has a good radar but it can break lock. It gets really fast tho and uses phoenix’s so that’s that. Both jets have pros and cons

S300 is way too good in this game, same with S400.
Watched that video where a SCALP flew by hundreds of yards from one.
Probably the S300 battery had exhausted its ammunition at that point.
@JohnShalamskas there was S 400 as well, capa were on, I have doubts. They do have minimum engagement ranges. Perhaps it's stealth was good enough to breach that.
DCS models equipment with best case operation, crew not drunk, missile fuel not water.

They use what they have, but it's apparent at this point in time that RUS has been inflating its capabilities.
