I'm not sure if it was Sweetheart that executed the party. I believe that whenever Omori resets headspace everyone, meaning Kel, Aubrey, Hero, Basil, Mari, and Omori effectively die, and their bodies are hidden in the dungeon. That would explain there being so many repeating skeletons, and also would explain why that room is so hidden, as well as why that room has Omori's ultimate weapon.

@@LazoGT In the Hikikomori Route if you choose not to kill ABBI then you can get some of the best gear in the game if you visit all of her tentacles that are reaching up to Headspace. The tentacle in that hidden room in the castle contains the Red Knife, the one and only other weapon in the game that OMORI can use not counting his starting knife. It also automatically replaces his starting knife, you don't need to, and can't, manually equip it.

Imagine if the game added a difficulty that makes Sweetheart manic at the start of the fight and increase the chance of the obnoxious laugh attack while this remix version plays... That would be *Golden*
it would fit if like, there was an NPC on the Hikki route that resets your game, and you don't wake up. ever. you just gotta play trough the dream world. Or in this case, the nightmare world. It would be haunted by guilty images and hellmari's, completly corrupt, and every single boss would be extremly difficult. Maybe even add new mechanics like new emotions and attacks. Or make Basil playable like on console version

What a lovely looking lady. Judging from her expression I'm sure she'll be one of the kindest souls you'll ever meet. This remix is absolutely amazing. It's a generally slowed paced version of one of the more energetic songs in the OST, but it succeeds in making it a much more ominous sounding track. As I've said before, I'm a fan of the quiet-loud-quiet build in songs, which applies here perfectly. Throwing in some Spaceboy when things get going is a great touch, as well as the game's sound effects (the Annoying Laughter move is unironically the strongest Main Route boss move in the game). You never cease to amaze, carrot. Best of luck with your current and future projects!
I really love how ominous the beginning is, and that slow build-up really makes the boss fight aspect stand out. I also really love the way it drops, you are really good at keeping the core of the song intact while altering it to make it your own. amazing work carrot!! :D
Ok this is great, but now I'm thinking of what Omori would be like if it had a dynamic music system. Like, imagine if there were variations of the music for when bosses reached their third tier of emotion! Imagine if there were subtle instrumental changes depending on the enemy's emotions. 2:58 Oh an also this use of Captain Spaceboy's theme here is just _chef's kiss_

But then again, it's just a silly little pixel cover, so it's not that deep, eh? Dope cover btw!
