- Best Actions (that you probably didn't know about) in REAPER - Part 5
0:00 - Intro
0:09 - Custom Trim Start/End
2:56 - Solo in Front
7:22 - Hide Tracks (TCP) - ภาพยนตร์และแอนิเมชัน
These tips are great - but my mind just explodes at how much customisation there and how to remember it all!!! Kenny G you should make a book of cheat sheets for all your tweaks and tips
Solo in front is so dang cool!
Unbelieeeevably useful. I have a midi fader dedicated to the solo in front volume control. And another for the metronome volume. Game changer
solo in front! i saw a great producer only a couple weeks ago talking about his SSL and how mute didn't completely mute and I was really hoping this exited in reaper but didnt know the name. thanks Kenny!
LOL! I'm an addict, Kenny! Gimme my fix...
Holy frijoles. This series is spectacular. Thanks, Kenny!
You're awesome. Thank you for teaching us everything about Reaper ❤
Jeeeesh Christ I was looking for this two first actions for ages(because I've seen it in your videos but I could not remember which from the past) d:) tks.
Man I love Reaper.
Hide and Mute! EPIC!!!!
Amazing~!!! Thank you So much~
Remarkable. Thanks.
Good video, thanks!
Hey Kenny, I noticed that when you were doing the solo in place section, you would solo the kick, and the 'D' symbol would appear on the drum loop track, but NOT on the guitar loop track. What was the voodoo going on there? Was that something to do with the fact that the kick was sidchained into the guitar loop track, or something else?
I made a custom action for hiding tracks but I also included actions to take the fx and media offline.
about the solo in front, is there a way of toggle between the solo in front and/or normal solo
via right click, or via shift+click on the S of MCP?
I don't think so but you can add an keyboard shortcut to the action to turn it on/off
@@REAPERMania a good option :)
thank you very much
How did you set it with a whole bunch of modifiers. All I can get is Moosewheel, which already has a use
Hold down those modifiers and move the mousewheel while you program it in the actions window.
Thanks, it worked when I hit the windows key while moving to wheel
It only raises the volume in my case, I used the decimal point
Ok I used the windows key and got it to work, thanks GuitarGerryMcNamee
Hey Kenny!! What theme do you use? And what palett of colors? Look so beautiful
I believe it's default Reaper 7 theme.
@@ZethKeeper thanks Zeth!!
How the heck do they program such endless features?????
8:54 there's Menu Editor button in the Action list window
