    Vibration plate helped me to manage fluid retention, heaviness and pain from my lipedema.
    Paired it with keto you will feel like a knew person . I do it multiple times a day. That way I saw results!

    Nice video Kelly. Smart move demonstrating it while holding on to the counter. I have to imagine balance is a tenuous thing for many lymphedema patients.
    I do always love how you keep your home uncluttered. The foyer cabinet, the kitchen counter… always nice. Of course, if you’re like the rest of us, the clutter was pushed aside for the purpose of the video. 😉 Have a great day!!

    I have one of those machines at home and use the Power Plate at LifeTime four times per week to warm up before workouts or sessions with my personal trainer.

    Will lymphatic drainage work for ovarian cyst? If so, can you show us a massage routine to do for ovarian cyst?

      Yes. I do mind seated and I put my hands on my knees, so it gets the vibration into my whole upper body as well.

    Do you feel the vibration in your head? I have a history of Vertigo and needing an answer please. Also should we wear compression nylons? Thanks.

      I have vestibular migraines and chronic dizziness and I use my plate seated

      I have vertigo, it’s my first time using it but it’s not bad

      It is not a vertigo but dizziness. While using vibration plate the time of use should be built up from 1 or 2 min to few minutes. Dizziness is expected as the blood circulation increases and so is the blood rushing back up to the head and heart also increases and hence the steady increase in the time on vibration plate is the key.

      I use mine while seated. I broke my humerus bone in July and did not want to vibrate my arm...yet... but it did help my leg swelling. I sit in a chair and use it.

    I am swollen everywhere on my face when wake up but I watch quite a few how to reduce face swollen and work so well but I don't see anyone teach how to drain swell on the nose. haha I'm not kidding my nose around the alar area is also swollen and thinning out a bit after i do the face drainage massage. But i'm curious is there any more things I can do to drain the nose area?

      Have you tried doing the big 6 everyday? It's amazing stuff and it sounds like you might be congested from your neck and/or collarbone.

      @@MelvinFruitarian I never heard the big 6 before. This Lymphatic Drainage is so new to me like a week or 2. I felt so dump for not knowing this way sooner.(I almost 40😑). I suffered puffy face my whole life. After I tried drainage routine, my face slimming a lot, It the 1st time I feel pretty and more confident. hahaha I will definitely educate myself about the big 6 now. Thank you for responding.💕

      @@Abb-y9k Dr. Perry from stop chasing pain is one of the best. I saw him in person. Highly recommend you check out his videos. He went thru a lot and knows what he's talking about.

    The vibrating plate shown here is called an oscillating plate not always good for seniors. I found it to be too jarring and gave me knee pain. I then researched and read book WHOLE BODY VIBRATION by Becky Chambers. You will find all the detailed info u need to purchase the right one for you.

      Should I wear my compression garment? I have lower limb and abdominal lymphedema. I saw another video about this and sh recommended doing this without compression.

      @@DanceEachMovement I purchased off of Amazon. I paid $177 for the gray life pro WAVER vibration plate. The blue is $127 Other colors cost more. Make sure it’s the regular size and not the mini though.

    Would these exercises be as efficient doing full squats as opposed to mini and heavier dumbbells (8-10 lbs) for the arm raises as opposed to light? (Wondering if I can save time with my strength training routine 😊.)
