    I hope that you guys don’t ever stop with your channels. Out of all the gig tubers out there, you guys are my fave. Some of the older gig tubers channels have faded, but Lou and Mary are the most dedicated. Thank you 🎥

    That’s annoying for them to take the money back, but I feel like at a regular job the same thing would happen if you were paid too much. Unless of course it was a mistake by Uber, then that’s obviously terrible.

    My local Starbucks uses stickers to cover the hole in the cup . Also if you get there before they bag the order and it is only one drink, ask them to put a cup of water in the bag as well. It will help to balance the order and prevent the single cup from tipping over.

    i love seeing your name pop up when you post !! i’ve watched like every single vid haha love u both! ☺️☺️- the uber glitch did effect me, thankfully, i didn’t cash out because i had a feeling uber would do something like that, but i was so irritated, they took about $50 from me..

    It's definitely a great call to take that $57 order IMMEDIATELY if it's being seen by other people at the same time. Nice one! And SUCKS about the spilled coffee! I hateeeeeee the feeling of bringing damaged goods to a customer. Thankfully, it happens insanely rarely. Soups can be a nightmare sometimes, and if the restaurant in question doesn't pack the bags well, it can spill no matter how careful you try to be, so that is a pain. Wish they'd just use spill-proof lids that are a little more difficult to open! Easy fix!!

    The scent boosters are VERY strong. They definitly boost the scent. Makes your clothes smell like a candle. Also. I'm sure the dish soap just decided to make it 5oz less recently so that its less product for more money like everything else lol

    I had it happen in Nassau recently but it was just a few bucks. Anyway Uber then gifted me with a $50 pay out on a sushi order. Something I haven't seen from DD in years. They suck so bad now.

    Found a new annoying thing - driver codes at Walmart. You have to tell the right driver code to the Walmart loader to receive the order and they are supposed to keep the order, bring it back in, and tell the delivery support to deactivate you. Had a loader ask for the code after he allowed em to scan the product but good thing I remembered what it was in that specific instance. Might have to keep a note pad in my car just in case.

    Totally off topic (kinda): I think Marty was on his break when you 2 shopped in the store. Now, I'm on the lookout for his tall self every time you 2 get an order there. I believe he's at Stop & Shop, the store with the logo that looks like a traffic light. I wish he could help you find items in the store by typing in the item or in some way be helpful than just alerting the employees of a spill. Looking forward to more videos!

    Yes!!! I noticed on only two orders that I was overpaid and thought maybe it was because the restaurant was closed or almost closed near my home when I picked up the order or I assumed they were worth more. I got the email and thought ok $20 bucks maybe, NO they took back $47 from me and I was negative into the next week and had to work myself out of the hole for free.

    15:29 they could also think you guys didn’t secure it steering delivery. Customers never know who to blame which is why the drivers are always first to get the flack

    Hey Next time that happened with your bags just stop by a self car wash because they water houses where you can just rent your bag out and keep going. As long as you keep paper towels in your car. You? Can dry it out or napkins. Or a Microfiber tile in your car to dry your bag outhat way you won't miss any Grocery orders?

    I got overpaid by Uber on Friday, March 31st. They paid me double for the order pay. So if it was supposed to be $3, they paid me $6. They still paid me what it said on the screen when I accepted the order so I was okay with them taking back the money.

      Im glad you liked them. The main reason I took them away was it was time consuming finding good clips from the sites I got them from. So many good ones were broken.. so like I would find one I liked, and it would get cut off, hence why I stopped.

    I got a 👎🏼 on an UE customer because Hokkaido didn’t put a lid on a sauce right and it opened in the bag. My bag was a mess full of soy sauce. The bag didn’t flip or even move while enroute to customer. They blamed me for the restaurant mistake

    That 70fl oz dawn vs 75fl oz dawn was probably shrinkflation. I probably would’ve replaced with the 70 oz in that situation

    Uber took $26 back from me, and phone support even said I'd b getting that money back. But still nothing. It has been like 10 days. I even asked about it again when I had to call about a restaurant order issue. Brought it up again and they said there are no updates, but hopefully there will be soon. Lol. Ok.

    Customers don't understand we can't drive and hold their coffee. It's messed up but it's not much we can do. We go over pot holes, railroad tracks and speed bumps all day. I had someone take away their tip just because it was a small drop on the side of the bag.

    I'm up in Canada & we had a huge flash thundersnow storm with little to no warning. I was Ubering and went into the grocery store saying the sky was dark like it was gonna rain. Halfway through the shop I looked out the window & said why is it so white!? As I realized that it was heavy snowfall - the power went out. It came back up in time to finish and pay. That night was the night they clawed back the $21 from me claiming overpayment due to a glitch. I just assumed the storm had done something. We'll have to wait and see if anything comes of it... That same grocery store only offers reusable bags so they have been running out of bags. The cheaper ones always go first so you're left with the machine washable "tarpaulin" type material bags that are the most expensive at $1 a bag. I can't deliver groceries without a bag so I'm left with no choice but to apologize to the customer when I post the delivery picture... Heather xo

    I have had that...with UE also. They do, 2 different pickups, for same address also. DD does it also and tells u also.
    Yes, I had 45.00 taken away, from UE...for their error. Had to pay it back.

    I had 1 Uber that was affected, when I dropped off I noticed the base pay was double the normal. The end result I received the correct amount of the offer so I didn’t expect more. They did take away the $2.04 base overpayment.

    You just must not know that Dawn dish soap actually downsized the 75 fl oz to a 70 fl oz and that was the correct item that the customer wanted....you just have to force scan it. Did the same thing to me yesterday on a shop with the same exact item. Dawn doesn't make a 75 fl oz any more. Only 70 fl oz.

    The shopping apps are the place to be lately. Although tips in my area of Jersey suck. I haven’t had a DD order in ages. I don’t even bother.

      I do Walmart spark and the customer service dept will supply recyclable bags( plastic bags are banned here in Jersey). It’s just a pain to wait in line or get help. I did an instacart in Walmart the other day and they also gave me bags.

    In many cases 50% (incl self-employment) in taxes and then consider the cost of gas-is DD really worth it? Unless it’s used as a platform for Content Creation, it’s only a short term solution. Btw, great channel!

    UE took 32 dollars away from me, I'm not even sure how they can do that when everyday I have tips not updating and they tell me the customer "reduced" their tip when they didn't.
