我不會搞得太複雜,就去買扁魚包,一包300元,炒一次大白菜就加兩片,再加根辣椒和須些蒜頭,最後把泡好的香菇水給加進去,然後加鹽糖.
台灣的作法就是用三種料去調味,一是扁魚干的海味,二是香菇的山珍味,三是豬皮的陸味,有了這三味,就會很美味.
