As a 71 year-old gentleman I would argue this is a critically important video. I have been doing TGU's for years, but I have noticed as I've gotten older things get more difficult. My balance isn't as good my shoulders are a little tighter, etc. I'm gonna have to review this video and make sure I do all the drills. Don't want to get old yet :P
I’m now 82 and been training with Kettlebells for 10 years with my trainer to whom I introduced Mark Wildman. I can do most of the basics, am working with 2 x 12kg deadlifting and now cleaning as well as suitcase swings. Mark has great methodology. But, I cant do Turkish getups and I’ve decided that I will not berate myself about this. I can get up off the floor, and squat etc .
The coaching queues and demonstrations are definitely the result of thousands of repetitions over many hours with a large number of clients. Mark definitely *knows* what he’s talking about!! He’s a teachers teacher or a real master.
Thx for the great videos. I am in kettlebells and clubbells for four years now. I have lost 50 kg and now I am able to let the clubs and kettlebells flow for 60 minutes unbroken, but I get always in trouble doing squats. My left knee is no friend of those squat exercises. 😢
Dude, how can you squat even though you had major knee problems? I only have both my meniscus ruptured (one was removed the other wasn't), but I'm just unable to do any quad exercises. I tried two times at the gym, leg press (not lower than 90º) and extensions (starting position higher than 90º) with zero weight and the only thing I feel is a sharp pain in this frontal tendon two or three days later (yes, for some reason, my body is quite slow to feel pain), and it takes about the same time for this pain to go away. Please help me!!!
Maybe you can try Isometric holds, split squat iso , wall sit and see how it feels afterwards and then slowly add dynamic exercises and increase range .

I love Mark's videos. There is a scientific explanation , something which is missing in most videos. So much to learn ! Thankyou .
You are a legend, sure this is the best channel for learning how to perform perfect reps with kettlebells. Keep up the good content

"on accident" sounds much cooler than "as a byproduct" 🎉
