Just bought this model and washed & froze the pieces. Thank you for the visual on how to put it together and use it!

To best clear the meat out of the trough you need some Stiff bread like a flour tortilla shell folded up then folded across & send it through...As soon as you see the flour shell its clear just keep running til it all comes out ...Secondly , you should,ve bought the LEM BIG BITE # 12 ....You wouldn't have to run 2 grinds ...You could have run the fine grind the first time around & the motor noise wouldn't have been quite so loud ... The # 12 you almost don't need the tamper at all , it seems to just suck the meat through all by itself as long as you cut it in small enough strips to not fill the tube too tightly , it's ok, you'll learn how to work with your grinder instead of Working your grinder ...And I think the word you were searching for instead of
" grinded " is " ground "..... You've gotten off to a great start Buying a LEM GRINDER PRODUCT...But don't put that grinder away too quickly ...If you start buying your meats in whole sections & cut them up yourself & grind & make your own ground products & patties & sausages you will save as much as 50% on your meat bill & you can mix it to your own taste & liking , you'll end up much happier & satisfied ...Good Luck ...

Nice educated comment. I was looking at the mighty bite but decided to get the big and grind not only venison but my own beef too

I just received this for Father's Day.....I figured it would be noisy, but will suit my purpose for making sausage and rind baloney from my venison. Thanks for doing this video.

Thanks! I’ve been looking into grinding my own venison. I think I’ll grab myself one of these!

    How’s it held up ?

GROUND up, not GRINDED up. No such word in English. Tsk, tsk!
Very nice demo, many thanks! Looks like this one has all the same accessories as big brother, Big Bite #8. Goes pretty fast too. I am trying to decide between the $60 Gourmia or the $219 LEM Mighty Bite. I cannot see the gears and wish they had to disclose what was inside the grinder by law. LEM is definitely more robust. I wish I knew if it did chicken bones too.

Put ice or a slice of bread to get the rest of the meat.
