In today's video I create 2 gaming setups off of my one 1 CPU inside of my gaming PC. By using GeForce Now I was able to bypass the restrictions caused my Aster's Multi Platform software.

Honestly that was all that drove me to find an answer! My brother really wanted to play and I couldn’t find anything online except for bad videos with the right idea. And now he has his own gaming PC and I barely use Aster, but I know it’s something that’ll keep happening! Just glad I could help!

Yes two separate computers in 1. It all works well as if it really was 2 computers!

You can probably solve the IP issue by configuring network bridges in order for the virtual machines to be shown as different machines on the same network.
Yeah I though about doing that but I wanted to keep it as simple as possible and I wanted to keep it doable for most people! If anything next time maybe using a NIC could help for a simple purchased solution!

Ok so I have 2 setups,office and gaming...So using this method can my brother be playing a game on the gaming setup and can I be editing on the office setup,so can we do things individually?
Does this program allow you to use two monitors for one setup and one for another? I have my desk setup with two monitors but I want also connect my tv(on the other side of the room) to my pc and be able to swap between them. Would this work for what I’m trying to do?
I was thinking of splitting the resources between 2 virtual machines and network bridge them. Build one rig with an older 10+ core CPU, 48gb RAM and a 6800xt or something with tons of vram. Also couldn't you use a VPN on them so you have different IP's?
Sorry if this is confusing but I have 2 monitors and wanna play with my sister, once I set it up so we have one monitor per person , can I like turn the software off so it goes back to normal so I can have both the monitors

It’s a great software. Please let me know how it goes! You could try using sandboxie to run blizzard at the same time. It’s a bit complicated , but there’s a thread somewhere, I got it to work

Any info on using 2 instances of Hyper-V ? I cant find much other than 3rd party software that dos not work with assigning a usb hub to each.

Let me know how it's worked out for you! Some games you have to work a little harder to get to work, but overall it's 1 PC huh!
Happy there's a software feature of this, even of unRAID and VM's are technically better. Not sure what happens if you guys are both using software where files are shared between accounts (one user writes to it which could crash the other or overwrite their data). But most things are properly separated.
A nifty idea would be assigning each user a USB hub. Then you wouldn't have to fiddle with the software and can just plug it into your hub of choice.

I ran it on separate monitors and I don't remember there being a setting for a single monitor setup unfortunately.

So will using 2 gpus keep the FPS the same as if using 1 rig or will it still have an a impact on performance
It does take a performance hit but it's not too bad until you start getting into more intense games like Overwatch, Warzone, Coldwar, etc.
I need this because my brother wants a gaming pc and so do I do we are saving together to buy 1 and install a vent in a cupboard so that we can have a full gaming setup

It should work fine the 3060ti is powerful enough.

I’d say it would be pushing it to its limits since I know Witcher is a demanding game!

am i able to control bluetooth calipers for each stations like keyboards? and what is the limit of the computers. will it able to connect 8 monitors. basicly i want to connect 8 monitors and calipers to a computer in my factory. 8 caliper will connect to computer with bluetooth.There is a reciever in the computer.but each bluetooth caliper send information to each monitors separetly. dont worry nothing will work on this systems ony a chrome thats it. But i'll do very powerfull computer anyway. what do you thing will it work ?

One restart is it all it takes! So probably 5-10 secs to swap

2:03 ---- If you can provide internet with two different usb wifi adapters we will get rid of the same IP and games will not detect it as a bot. But I don't know how aster read usb wifi adapters. Anyone know a solution for this?

Yes to everything. But Performance should be okay since you have a 3070. And you can choose to enable or disable it.

Honestly it probably could I was running warzone on my GTX 1660 2 times aNd although I was losing some frames it was still playable. Your PC could easily handle it

just get a wifi usb and connect separately ? one wifi one Ethernet port
I tried to do that and I couldn't get it to work. i just used Ethernet and it worked for both setups!

I recently bought an computer with an 3080 in it. My wife and I both play PC now so I was trying to see if this was possible. Might have to pay the 60 dollars to use this so we can both play at the same time! Also have you thought about using an VPN for the other user and seeing if that would get rid of you IP issue?

@@BadpeopleJamaicanXD sorry didn't see the reply, so we've been using it for a while now (mainly for FFXIV) and been able to use it just fine some games like Back4Blood don't like it. And some other games you got to do certain things to get it running I believe they have a forum going through quite a bit of different games and how to run them using the software. It might help if you have multiple network cards, we only have 1 of them and I was able to assign certain IPs to each system through the software it's self.
@@bavarian_ttv2010 it does work certain games don't mind it at all once you assign certain IPs to each PC. Other ones like back4blood don't seem to like it. So using 2 network cards might be useful to solve this im not sure.

Connect them to GPU and then turn them on and assign each monitor to a user!

You have to restart after installing and make sure you have the right settings enabled in your BIOS, once you have that just plug in a second monitor and assign it as a PC 2 and it should start right up!

so its just a app to make your pc for two person?
JDgaming it can make it up to 15 people, but even when using it for 2 people you have to keep in mind that the PC specs better be above average because you really are running 2 separate accounts on 1 cpu and 1 GPU.
or even more than 2 users...maybe uh want more than 5 workers working only on MS office...so its gonna work
I’m assuming my pc is strong enough but I’m not shure I would be playing cod warzone warthunder and sea of thieves my specs are a 3800x overclocked to 4.4 32. Gigs of ram and a 6800xt using the automatic over clock setting

Try sandboxie but besides that League makes it really hard to game this way!

Not sure about Warzone because each PC would have 3 cores on average (I assume the software dynamically allocates cores based on load?). But CSGO will work
How powerful should your power supply be? My build is Ryzen 3 3100(not overclocked), B450 Mortar Max and Gigabyte 1650 Super. Cougar XTC 600w 80+
I do not have problems in temps because I'll be using Noctua Nh u12s chromaxx black.
It'll come down to your processor and GPU. Your current specs are about the minimum for regular gaming. So if you try it let me know, but it'd probably be a bit tough to run 2 systems off of these specs.

Addi Korn yes, but depending on your GPU you might be limited by the amount of ports available. I would use HDMI and Display port and my brother would use VGA.
Is it ok to use a320 motherboards? Or do I have to get the b450 motherboard?
It’ll come down to wether your motherboard has the ability to enable the VM settings that Aster requires

Oh hahaha, I used a AT2020 for the longest time because it’s a very clear microphone, but I recently swapped to the Rode Podmic because it pics up less noise and is a little bit more suited for commentary’s

What is NIC?
It's a network card that you put into your PC that provides an ethernet port! I didn't use one because I just wanted to find a solution that didn't need anything besides me going at it to get it to work!

Try using SandBoxie to try to run 2 programs at the same time on the same PC.
One way to get around to using Geforce now is a VPN.

No since the IP of a PC will stay the same since it's still a singular PC with a singular IP

One Can be a USB the other a 3.5m jack

I haven’t tried 4 PCs but if the PC has the strong enough hardware I don’t see why it wouldn’t t work! And yes you can have separate everything from mouse to webcam.
How much ram does the pc have?
16GB of ram, for games however it’ll come down to your GPU power!

So you can use 1 gpu to game for 2 player
Yes, just keep in mind that GPU utilization will be pretty high. So basically make sure your GPU can run the games at the same time, I was able to do 2 overwatch games using a GTX 1660.

There's like a 5% performance drop from VM overhead
I was running 2 overwatch sessions off of a 1660 and it handled pretty well, But with more demanding games like warzone it started to struggle. I'm sure with a decent like 2070 super on 1080p any game can run on 1 pc's through this method.

It's got a 14 day trial, but for the $$ it's honestly worth it just because of the ability it gives you. I've tried looking for the free way, but it just isn't a thing just yet. Or at least something that is simple enough to get it up and running quick enough for it to be a seamless experience. Super cool software and I wish more knew about it, I randomly ended up on the site, the first time I checked it out, funny enough.
