dude. whats the deal with your health? that is absolutely absurb. i cannot look passt that man. havel set AND your entire screen is covered with a health bar ?? idk, maybe im just a misunderstood dex build who stays light and deadly and learns attack patterns and also learnsfrom mistakes while also understanding game mechanics...
Yeah I guess he’s just a misunderstood strength build who stays heavy and slow and doesn’t learn attack patterns and also doesn’t learn from mistakes while also completely not understanding how the game works. Maybe you should give him some lessons!
Aye if y’all don’t like my two cents then carry on my friends. I just personally feel that amount of health and protection, makes the game boring, slow, and excruciating. That’s why they released blood borne and the only shield in the game is useless. And the item description is and I quote “A crude wooden shield used by the masses who have arisen to join the hunt. Hunters do not normally employ shields, ineffectual against the strength of the beasts as they tend to be. Shields are nice, but not if they engender passivity." Blood borne is Fromsoftwares magnum opus. In which PlayStation user would get introduced to the series, plus many others from the vibe and atmosphere alone. They reward you for being quick, responsive, AND aggressive. If you play all their games like blood borne (which is alot of people’s introduction to their catalog) you have a MUCH better time, and play the games as intended. Look it up! And most importantly, try to play the souls games without hiding behind a shield and making it impossible to die.
Hey thanks for the pin! I love all souls enjoyers without a doubt ! I also love the video I hope it does not seem that I’m just hating. But seriously I encourage everyone to have at least one play through that does not involve a shield!( unless it’s the shield that ups stamina recovery time and it stays in your back at all times lol) bc you will feel like you are replaying each game for first time again! And it’s just fun and challenging
I like most of The Ringed City's level design, but the sections involving the the Adjudicator Giants, pre boss fight Midir, and the stairway with over a dozen Harald Knighs drag it down alot.
My first fromsoftware title was Elden Ring on PC and it lead me to buy a PS5 for Bloodborne. Now i have all achievements for Elden Ring on Steam and the platinum trophies for Bloodborne, Demon's Souls, DS1, and DS2 with DS3, Sekiro, and another Platinum run on Elden Ring left to go. Having played all the games now it makes watching these videos so much more enjoyable. Your content is great, keep it coming.
Thank you so much :) Love hearing stories of Elden Ring spawning fellow super fans of these games! Hopefully you liked Bloodborne, my personal favorite.
@@CosmicEye597 It is also my personal favorite! Elden Ring comes so close and im feeling like the DLC will put it over the top. I hope some day we can get more Bloodborne, whatever it may be
Solid list though in many respects Demons Souls is loaded with extraordinary level design as well as the undead burg. The ashes of ariandel storytelling was fire. "I will assuredly finish the painting. Of a cold, dark, and very gentle place. One day, it will make someone a goodly home." "I've seen your kind, time and time again. For the agony you'll bring upon yourself..."
My first from software game was Bloodborne on PS4 in 2017, then Dark Souls 3, 2, 1, Sekiro, Elden Ring and now Demon’s Souls Bloodborne is still my favourite, but Sekiro is VERY close. 1.BB 2.Sekiro 3.DS3 4. Elden ring 5. Demon’s souls 6. Dark souls 1 7. Dark souls 2
Great list! Not too far off from mine. I think I would swap DMS and DS1, and our list would be identical lol, I think ER will be at the number two spot once the DLC drops
@@CosmicEye597 i also think I could swap places depending on quality of dlc as ashes of ariandel was…pretty rough for its money. There are some red flags for me like another open world with swamp areas and 10 bosses and that trailer didn’t really catch me(also Bandai Namco being really greedy). Despite all of this, I am gonna buy SotE as I am interested in new weapons and attack power system.

Leave it to dex builds to have a superiority complex
Do something useful with your life instead of getting mad at how people play the game

Where's the DS2 love? Eleum Loyce kicked all the ass.
W list. I agree that Ds1 still holds up really well especially in level design, and in many cases, it surpasses many levels in the newer games
This thumbnail was heavily inspired by the Souls TH-camr 'Ember'. Thank you, Ember, if you see this.

Yeah I know where this is going and I'm not a fan.
*loud incorrect buzzer*
Demons' Souls didn't even get a mention..
Implying that any of ds2’s areas are good
