I didn't know they even made it anymore. After seeing you drink it in several video's and even making barbecue sauce out of it I decided to look for it. Thanks to you, I have been reunited with it. It isn't widely available in Connecticut, I have been ordering it online. Brings me back to my childhood. Thank you for that and keep on cooking!

Just did my first cook on my new "Brand X" Flat Top. Gotta work on my temp control. They were good, but almost went over the edge and over seared my steaks... Fine line I guess. Love your videos. Do one on temp control if you would. Thanks
Great show as always, Double H!!!!! My preference is that you should always use a meat thermometer with the ground beef products. The center of that burger should be 165℉. Also, be mindful of cross-contamination when preparing ground meats and cheeses and vegetables. I do have one question. . . .what is Beef Powder? I love watching your presentations!!!!!!!
Will be trying these soon...and by the way, Texas is the only state great enough to have its own toast! But I do love me some of that North Carolina Cheerwine when I can find it around Houston.

Try using a little dry vermouth in place of wine. Really changes things up in a good way.
