    What a great interview! I've heard of Mark before and it was so good to get to know his story a bit more through this interview. I've felt negative energies in certain places and definitely in certain people. It's good to know there are tools for protecting ourselves. Keep the great conversations going, Lucille and Lynn!❤❤

    Sugar in excess is one of the worst things for our body, and it's normalized and celebrated on Haloween. I haven't celebrated in years because it sits so wrong with me. The people in my life judge and criticize me for it, but that's goes for most of the things I do in my life. (Such as not taking medications, eating whole and organic foods, not using social media, etc.)
