I know cutting the sock on a sock boot is frowned upon but for the sake of making it a low cut. Adidas would really grab people's attention if they released a version of the 20+ Preds, where the sock has been cut in favour of a low cut design implemented on the 20.1 Low but this would only be use at the entrance collar of the boot, while the mesh-like material on the 20+ would remain and incorporate laces to provide lock down. Also the boot would be a primeknit boot rather than a synthetic or quadfit design with a primeknit interior & synthetic upper and of course they have to keep the gripping elements

Yeah, for some reason the fact that it's not knitted makes it look plastic and cheap compared to the 20+. Also possibly the fact that Josh had showed us an absolutely terrible colorway of the boot.
I almost completely agree with you. The only one I think deserves better is the PhantomVSN 2. It offers an extraordinary fit and performs really well. It should at least be A-tier.
At 15:43 Steet clear of the Nike Tiempo Legend 8 Elite. 20 minutes on the field brand new and my daughter got 2 blisters on the upper part of her heel. There is what seems to be a air pocket just above the bottom part of the heel. Seems it's suppose to bring comfort but delivered nothing but blisters. When I returned them the clerk at Nike already knew why I was returning them. She said "Blisters on the heel?" So it seems these are not a good batch of shoe.

The reason there are many take down models imo is to make each step up more glamorous and therefore the excuse to charge more money. I wonder how much more money it takes to make the club level as opposed to the elite level.
they are amazing the ultrezza is def a good competitor of the Morelia and rebula. The ASICS DS-Light 4 is what I would go for. It not as expensive as the ultrezza and the quality is top notch.

I think it's a benchmark for that style of football boot. If you're going to make a control/power boot, I think there needs to be something very distinctive about it, but also perform the part. The Preds do that extremely well.

I have tried my fair share of boots and From my experiences my opinions are: 1. The Copa Mundal is not in the same class as the Morelia. They can’t be in the same category as the Morelia is by far a superior boot. The Copa is too heavy because of the sole plate. It always peels away from the toe (which I always hated) yes the leather is soft but over time because of the stitching, there is less structural shape and it stretches over the sole plate. There are so many better leather options. 2. The Copa 19/20 definitely has durability issues in the fusion skin part of the upper as mine have come away from the knit. I have only worn them in training 3 times. They are the tightest laceless boots I agree but because the knit has to stretch so much, after the 3rd wear, the fusion skin part has unstuck to the knit. 3. The predator 20+ , like most i was very excited as they look the business and actually matched the name. But after wearing it, I hate them. I’ve found the colour to be too high and the thick rubber at the back when shooting digs in to the back of the Achilles. That part of the boot made it so uncomfortable, I didn’t wear it enough to test out the demon skin. Which was so disappointing. Also they have changed the last shape and the are much wider than the previous 2 even 3 model if you included the Aces. Biggest waste of money for me. And it has tarnish my opinion of the line. In high sight, I would definitely go back and by the low 20.1. I definitely agree with the vapors, best Nike boot on the market. This is only my take and just a different opinion for people to read. If you’re looking for quality, definitely Mizuno mij. They are so underrated. That would be my first choice. The only other boots in the current market I play with is the vapors. I try a lot of other boots in training or one off games but I find a lot of adidas boots, I have durability issues with. The only adidas boots in my rotation happen to be adidas remakes. I find the just as good as the OGs but in some cases better as they are lighter and have an improved sole plate. Bring them close to the modern era.
Im interested in the predator 20.1, but I do have a concern. Is there too much grip on the ball? I think the ball will get stuck on my foot and I will trip over it. Does anyone maybe have a little experience with the boot?
That can definitely happen in the process of getting used to the boots. I would say that if you're somebody that tends to drag the ball a lot when dribbling, the extra grip might too much. Otherwise, I think you'll be fine once you get used to them. Ultimately it comes down to personal preference.
I think it could be more responsive. I don't think it has the same one-to-one connection with the foot like the Mercurials do, and to be fair, no other boot other than maybe the Morelia Neo 2 fit quite like that.
@Josh Flores you could always go old school and get the Copa Mundial. I have wide feet and they fit amazing. As for the other S-tiers, You won’t have any luck with the adidas boots or mercurial, and my shop doesn’t carry Mizunos so I haven’t been able to try those on.
