this guy has done the most catchy mario tune of all time justice in the metal world, my god its one of the only remixes ever heard by me and its one of the greatest. Rock on brah \m/
@ColdFNG Hey, thanks I'm glad you like it :) I bought it at a local music store here in the Netherlands. I don't know any retailers in the US, but you can try to find it online. I've noticed Cort is pretty hard to get by in the US though...
@Paisa5990 It's an original piece that I wrote for this intro, but I haven't finished the whole song yet. I think I'll spend more time on original music next year when some projects I'm working on are finished.
@nicolas230 Merci! The song at the beginning of the video is a piece that I came up with myself for the intro :) I haven't made a full version of it yet though...
I watched this one and your Luigi's Mansion and from what I have witnessed so far, you my good sir are a total and legit bad ass on guitar! Mega props to you! :D
@MrSourLet Thanks! Yeah sure, I'm working on a full-length Zelda album with all new songs. I'm still working on it but I hope to complete it within the next two months.
@zoMbiespaRten I narrowed it down to a few names, but I'm still deciding on which I think is the best. I hope to be able to give you guys some more detailed information soon though.
@dogman15 Actually when I record I don't record bass first, it's usually drums first then rhythm guitar, bass, leads, harmonies and additional tracks. Normally I don't make my own midi files though since there are plenty of great ones out there and I just need to edit them, figure out the song and create my own arrangements.
Hey! In my older covers I programmed most of the drum tracks, but lately I've been trying to play all the percussion parts myself and it's been a lot of fun.
@XBaphometGuitar666X Well, I've heard that some people had problems finding the lemon oil that I use for the fretboard, but I believe that most guitar shops or even hardware stores sell it. The one that I use is from Dunlop, which most guitar stores sell.
@OHmygodXoBil3 Thanks! Yeah, I plan to work on original music next year when I'm done with some other projects I'm working on. I'll make sure to keep you guys up to date ;)
@cjrizzle93 Hey! I'm using an Alesis Firewire MultiMix 8 to connect my guitar to my computer. After that the guitar sound is processed by POD Farm. I do have a Line 6 UX1 connected, but I don't use it as an audio interface.
I'm so glad you exist. Seriously. I want to thank your parents for giving you life. You really are awesome and I love what you're doing, thanks a lot and keep on rocking! \m/
Dude, you are my new hero! I've been playing guitar for 3 years ca. Starting to learn songs like this by ear, but you are the best man! You play it so beautiful and heavy, so insane. And yeah, keep rocking!! Greetings from Norway :)
@OttotheOtter97 Yeah, I play all the instruments in my covers beside drums, but I do program them myself. Sometimes I use some strings or synth though, which I usually program as well.
@knightofthesun03 Haha thanks :) I plan to work on original music next year when I finish some other projects that I'm working on. I'm not going to upload any original music on this channel though. I will create a separate channel for that, since I think it's going to be quite different from the covers that I do now.
@thepengy1234 Happy birthday man! I've been thinking about doing that song for a while now. I haven't really decided whether I want to make a mellow or a metal version. I'm not sure that song would sound cool metal-style but I'm going to try for sure ;)
@Peluca916 Thanks! I have been in several bands but unfortunately it didn't really work out so I started uploading videos to TH-cam ;) Maybe when I record some original stuff I might want to form a band again, but currently I'm pretty happy with how the whole TH-cam thing is working out.
I just wanna say, this remix is perfect for when you’re hitting the gym and you wanna feel like an absolute alpha. Everyone else is listening to some basic ass playlist and pushing themselves to their limits while I’m in my head curb stomping goombas and pushing past my limits💪🧠
@soiwalkedintothisbar I use EZdrummer from Toontrack. It's a really great and simple plug-in that's very user friendly and great-sounding in my opinion :)
@Moondestroy Well, thank you for watching ;) I think I'm going to do a few Super Mario Galaxy 1 songs first and then go to Galaxy 2 songs. I don't really know what songs to cover, but I really like the Overture.
@awesomeguitarist777 Hey! Well, I'm not going to give anyone a release date anymore because I know I won't be able to make it, haha. It's almost done but I just want to make sure I'm completely satisfied with it and give you guys a lot of new stuff to listen to ;)
@Ch1nGFuX2 Pentatonic usually sounds great for rock and metal but over time I have been using it less and less. The scale that I use the most is melodic minor and the related modes, but lately I have been getting more into Arabian or Egyptian scales or anything else that sound different or disharmonic.
@PenguinMan013 You used the terminology perfectly ;) The action was quite high when I got it from the store but I made some adjustments to the neck and the bridge and now it's pretty easy to play. Well, not as easy as a guitar but it's low enough for tapping.
@cjrizzle93 Yeah, I got to change that but I don't know what else to call it... The MultiMix is a great interface, I mean it does what it has to do and that's transferring the signal to my computer as clean as possible. I initially bought it to record a whole band but now I really like having separate channels for different EQ/gain settings. If you're just going to record guitar you could get something way simpeler (e.g. a 1 channel interface).
@jam2995 Hey man! It's just a regular slide I guess. I hold the chord, slide it down the neck and release it at the end (or beginning) of the fretboard.
I don't know if you take requests or not but I would really love to hear your amazing skill applied to some Kirby songs or more Super Mario Galaxy! Freeze Flake maybe? Would be surprised to see how it turns out! Love your videos and congrats on 6000 subscribers! Your great brother!
@dogman15 I have tried them out but didn't really spend enough time to learn how to work with those programs. At the moment I use GarageBand, which is really basic, but since I use plugins mostly, it works pretty well for me.
:0. Unbelievable dude! I swear, sometimes you make me just want to throw all my guitars away. You are incredible!
my god this is amazing i dont comment ever but this deserves the comment and thumbs up!
I love you cause you play songs from the games that were my favorites when I was a kid. Thanks!
this guy has done the most catchy mario tune of all time justice in the metal world, my god its one of the only remixes ever heard by me and its one of the greatest. Rock on brah \m/
I went to youtube to look for fun music to make me happy, and this showed up in my subscription box.
Mission accomplished kind sir. I am happy now.
@ColdFNG Hey, thanks I'm glad you like it :) I bought it at a local music store here in the Netherlands. I don't know any retailers in the US, but you can try to find it online. I've noticed Cort is pretty hard to get by in the US though...

That intro needs to be a full song man it's awesome!
This is awesome, your awesome, make more, I'm subscribing.
AGREED.
@BlackLionFilms Thanks :) The piece at the beginning is a little tune that I wrote for the intro.
this is one of my favorites of all time
Could you post a full version of that. I love it. I love the musicianship in it.
OH FUCK YES!!!! You took my favorite Mario song, and made it even more amazing!!! EXCELLENT job, my friend!!!
@Paisa5990 It's an original piece that I wrote for this intro, but I haven't finished the whole song yet. I think I'll spend more time on original music next year when some projects I'm working on are finished.
As someone said in your last video, PLEASE do a full song of your intro! Btw, great song as usual!
This is exactly what I was looking for! It deserves more views great job!
I still have this game...I might go play it again!
@nicolas230 Merci! The song at the beginning of the video is a piece that I came up with myself for the intro :) I haven't made a full version of it yet though...
I love this, played a lot of Super Mario Sunshine when I was younger
I watched this one and your Luigi's Mansion and from what I have witnessed so far, you my good sir are a total and legit bad ass on guitar! Mega props to you! :D
@MrSourLet Thanks! Yeah sure, I'm working on a full-length Zelda album with all new songs. I'm still working on it but I hope to complete it within the next two months.
simply amazing keep the covers coming
You gotta post up a full version of your intro song. The little clip you have there sounds awesome.
Damn that sounds just sooo nice! i could listen to your versions of these songs all day and night! I cant wait for next one!
KEEP ON ROCKIN!!!
@zoMbiespaRten I narrowed it down to a few names, but I'm still deciding on which I think is the best. I hope to be able to give you guys some more detailed information soon though.

Wow, amazing as always, dude. This is an incredible song.
@OHmygodXoBil3 Thanks! Yeah, I plan to work on original music next year when I'm done with some other projects I'm working on. I'll make sure to keep you guys up to date ;)
No problem and thanks for giving me credit!
@cjrizzle93 Hey! I'm using an Alesis Firewire MultiMix 8 to connect my guitar to my computer. After that the guitar sound is processed by POD Farm. I do have a Line 6 UX1 connected, but I don't use it as an audio interface.
@CSGuitar89 You're in the Netherlands? Awesome! Too bad about the world cup loss in the finals... I was rooting for you guys though!
EXACTLY what I was looking for! Awesome!

I'm so glad you exist. Seriously.
I want to thank your parents for giving you life.
You really are awesome and I love what you're doing, thanks a lot and keep on rocking! \m/
Brings Back Memories
Awesome as always dude!
Still waiting on some Perfect Dark N64 covers though...Your play and composition style would lend itself to it perfectly!
Dude, you are my new hero! I've been playing guitar for 3 years ca. Starting to learn songs like this by ear, but you are the best man! You play it so beautiful and heavy, so insane. And yeah, keep rocking!! Greetings from Norway :)

Mind. Blown.
You are amazing. You are one of TH-cam's BEST guitarists, and I've seen a LOT of them.
(Man, talk about Mario on STEROIDS.)
This is in my opinion your best song. I feel happy while I hear it, and it´s also a "strong" song. Good Job!
I've always loved ur music before...but I love you more for making this!!!!!!!!!!
Completely amazing man.
breathtaking
@knightofthesun03 Haha thanks :) I plan to work on original music next year when I finish some other projects that I'm working on. I'm not going to upload any original music on this channel though. @CSGuitar89 that would be awesome!

you never cease to impress me. Keep up the good work. Are you ever gonna post your own songs?
@CSGuitar89 I agree, If i did not know it i would think they were real drums. But since I am a drummer I could tell but I still had to question it.
Awsome I Like The Way It Sounds ALOT On The Guitar!
@Moondestroy Well, thank you for watching ;) I think I'm going to do a few Super Mario Galaxy 1 songs first and then go to Galaxy 2 songs. I don't really know what songs to cover, but I really like the Overture.

Epic man! Love the tune, great guitar playing =)

The scale that I use the most is melodic minor and the related modes, but lately I have been getting more into Arabian or Egyptian scales or anything else that sound different or disharmonic.
I love all the theme of Mario Sunshine! u have to do all of them! XP
FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!
@lainey1006 I learn all of these tunes by ear or, if I really have trouble finding the right notes, with a little help of a midi file.
@PenguinMan013 You used the terminology perfectly ;) The action was quite high when I got it from the store but I made some adjustments to the neck and the bridge and now it's pretty easy to play. Well, not as easy as a guitar but it's low enough for tapping.
@pokecon14 Yeah, you can upload videos with a maximum length of 15 minutes now.
@TheWAW09
I second this! Dragon Roost would be an amazing song to hear covered by you!
AMAZING!! Love this song
sick cover
@cjrizzle93 Yeah, I got to change that but I don't know what else to call it... Simply amazing :3 ! I seriously feel like playing SMS now XD !
This is awesome dude you're my idol!
Dude great job, Keep up the good work.
nice beats to go with the song bro :D
u think u could do a tutoril on how to play delfino plaza on guitar (both acoustic and electric)?
@jam2995 Hey man! It's just a regular slide I guess. I hold the chord, slide it down the neck and release it at the end (or beginning) of the fretboard.
That was awesome. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to play some more Super Mario Sunshine.
I don't know if you take requests or not but I would really love to hear your amazing skill applied to some Kirby songs or more Super Mario Galaxy! Freeze Flake maybe? Would be surprised to see how it turns out! Love your videos and congrats on 6000 subscribers! Your great brother!
@pokecon14 No, I still have iLife '09, but I export all my videos to .mp4 and I've never had any problems with both iMovie '09 and iMovie '06...
He's been playing drums in his later videos but he used Toontrack EzDrummer in his earlier videos :)

omfg, had to subscribe after watching this and the dark world metal... faaack you're good.
@dogman15 I have tried them out but didn't really spend enough time to learn how to work with those programs. At the moment I use GarageBand, which is really basic, but since I use plugins mostly, it works pretty well for me.
@100percentgamer I got it at a local department store here in the Netherlands.
Man I love it !!!!
