- Genma Onimusha walkthrough played on XEMU emulator, in this run I aimed for a perfect ending; meaning i have to do the following:
1. finish the game under 3 hours.
2. play through all 30 floors of the Dark Realm and all 30 floors of the Ogre Tower.
3. finding all 30 fluorites.
4. defeating more than 600 genmas.
5. absorbing more than 50000 souls.
6. getting the Bishamon sword.
Note: for some reason the clock of the game doesn't stop during cut-scenes, so what I did was to play the whole game while skipping all of the cut-scenes then putting the cut-scenes manually afterwards. So if you're attempting to do a run under 3 hours make sure to skip them all.

Grew up around this game but beat it almost 20 years later. Was streaming it on twitch and a viewer helped me through. was alot of fun. samurai resident evil
Did you Genma or Warlords? Cause Genma is a lot harder.

You are pretty good with Issen, the critical attack. Also, the weapon's magic powers were efficiently used.
You probably have played this game more than the 10 times.
You knew the exact location of the fluorites. And you solved the puzzles quickly.
Yes I've probably played it more than a dozen times, the most area that i had to practice is the Ogre Tower i had to make a startegy to fight some of the scariest levels such as the 3 red bulls and the 4 red bulls.
Do you play genma? If yes what's your finish time and strategy?
@@bosscollection4578 Yes I played the Genma. I followed a youtube guide strategy to a T. The last time I played was like 5-6 years ago although I started playing back in 2006-2007. So, I don't remember the time. Honestly, I don't remember if I had achieved the S rank or not. But I can tell you can get the S rank by doing what you did. You played very well. I attempted so I knew how hard it was. Other viewers who left no comments after watching this video, they had no clue.
Tnx, you definitely should give it a try, Xemu emulator have gotten really good so you don't need a console plus you'll save much more time trying new strategies due to the built in 'savestat' feature it has.

sick bro. You are very good. All 4 of the onimusha games even blade warriors was so much fun. This game has so much potential to be a speedrunning game with the pace and crits to make it go faster. I know of one guy that speedruns onimusha 4 on stream but there's no other competitors so there's not much motivation to keep going.
Nice playthrough! What a shame this version of the game didn't get a remaster, so much better than Warlords. Although I'd prefer if Capcom released a remaster of Onimusha 2 first, because it's just the best in my opinion. 👌
I'm curious, what are your specs for running it so smoothly on XEMU? Last time I checked was a while ago, it was kinda laggy in some areas.

Hi, XEMU got so much better you should check it out, i have somewhat a potato PC and it works like a charm, it has savestat function which is really handy if you're trying to master Issen or find a better boss strategy.

Love this game series to bits. Was so shocked to never see the remaster never gotten the sales it needed for another sequel remaster. It reslly does sucks.
Cool use of Soul Absorber, which means an instant death of mid-level monsters. 2:18:55, 2:25:40 (for me, personally, I used it on the next floor to weaken the 3 giant bulls).
It was very risky that you did not save in between the Orge tower rounds.
The reason i didn't save between the Ogre Tower portals is saving time, you see I've made a time stamps in the game to track my progress and by the Ogre Tower i was late by couple of minutes.

fukin insane. I didn't have any idea that warlords and genma would differ that much. literally gotta get genma. also i wanna know if its possible to get genma on PC.
Sadly it's only available on the original Xbox; you could play it on the Xbox360 with some issues, or run it on an Xbox Emulator.

Hello, nice gameplay! I just wanted to ask is there a patch for JP voices on xemu or does Genma feature them as an option for NA/EU releases?
I know the remaster lets you swap between them though I wasn't sure if that was the case for the original game(s) especially since I was considering playing Genma
I have the US version and it has dual language selection English and Japanese, however it has only two options when it comes to subtitles - English and Japanese, if you’re looking for other languages try the EU version.

Hi in order to unlock the Hard Difficulty beat the game on Normal under 3 hours.
Make sure to skip all cutscenes as they add more time to your run.

When the Bible speaks of the world, it’s speaking of a culture that is largely hostile to God. That culture is on television, in the music you listen to, and in movie theaters. It’s a culture that basically says, “Do what you want to do. Please yourself. Do whatever it takes. The ends justify the means.”
But the Bible tells us, “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think” (Romans 12:2).
Another version puts it this way: “Don’t let the world around you squeeze you into its own mould.”
All too often believers allow the world to influence them more than they’re influencing the world. Secular thinking creeps into the church, and as a result, we disregard what the Bible teaches and live the way this culture tells us to live.
However, we won’t find the happiness that we’re looking for. Instead, we’ll find emptiness, misery, and dissatisfaction because we’re out of God’s will.
Someone once asked a concert violist how she became so skilled. She gave a two-word answer: “planned neglect.” In other words, she neglected everything that wasn’t related to her goal, which was to be a master violinist.
If we want to be followers of Jesus, there is an element of planned neglect as well. It means staying away from the things that pull us away and drag us down and embracing the things that build us up and strengthen us in the commitment we’ve made.
We present ourselves to God, but at the same time, we don’t conform to this world.
Romans 12:2 goes on to say, “Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect”
God’s will is good. Some people envision God as the ultimate killjoy. When things are going well in their lives, they think God wants to crash the party and make their lives miserable. Yet how far from the truth that is. God’s plans for us are good.
The Bible teaches that God is good. It also tells us in Psalm 84:11, “For the Lord God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The Lord will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right”
If the Bible tells us to stay away from a certain thing, it is for our own good. God is not trying to make our lives miserable. He wants us to reach our potential and live in the perfect plan that He has for us. His plans and purposes for us are good.
Reject conformity to this world’s system and its self-indulgent ways, and instead be conformed to the image of Jesus. As you do that, you will begin to discover His plan for you.
Don’t be afraid to surrender to Him. Don’t let this world squeeze you into its mold. Live the way that God wants you to live.
